Revolting Video Shows Gang-stalker Who Tortured Killed Terrified Targeted Individual

% of readers think this story is Fact. Add your two cents.

Wednesday, thanks to a highly disturbing video, one gang stalking suspect of the murder of a Mexican journalist targeted individual (TI), one other TI and three other people in a Mexico City apartment was arrested. The other gang-stalkers who  terrorized the journalist to the point he feared for his life and pleaded for help, as all innocent TIs do to no avail, are still at large.

Mexico City’s Attorney General Rodolfo Ríos Garza said three men are prime suspects in the killing of journalist Rubén Espinosa, cultural promoter Nadia Vera Pérez, and three other women. Both Espinosa and Perez had feared for their safety enough to seek help. The help they needed to survive, however, was not forthcoming, as virtually all TIs learn first hand.

The Yucatan Times reports on the gang-stalkers and the TI journalist’s fear of them enough to try fleeing to a different city, In June, Espinosa, 31, fled Veracruz where he had worked after followed and harassed by strangers waiting outside his house.

Espinosa said when he saw the men standing outside his home, they gave menacing looks to him before walking away. Once in Mexico City, he still felt unsafe because he wasn’t safe. He told friends that strangers approached him on two different occasions, asking if he was the photographer who had left Veracruz.

He had contacted the human rights group Article 19 for help, saying multiple strangers were following and photographing him.

Espinosa knew Ms. Vera Pérez from Veracruz. She was an activist and organizer there, critical of the state government of Governor Javier Duarte. In an earlier video interview, Vera Pérez said Duarte and his Cabinet were responsible for “anything that could happen to us, as people involved in and organizers of the protest movement.”

Mexicans have turned out by the thousands in protest of these stalking, torture and murders.

The Attorney General told a press conference that one suspect, whose identity has not been revealed, was detained and has already surrendered statement regarding the crime. The man had a previous a criminal record, and his identification was made possible by matching fingerprints found at the scene crime.

In the author’s article, Are You a Targeted Individual? Foolproof Research Criteria Secrets, she writes:

“Gang-stalkers are sociopathic “bullies on steroids,” recruited, trained, paid, highly organized multi-stalkers operating at each level of society to apply all single-stalking tactics along with sophisticated weaponized technology to amplify worst psychopathological hell possible to neutralize the target. Instead of using technology solely to monitor, watch, follow and harass the victim, many gang stalkers also use military grade technological weapons on their targets. Unlike the Justice Dept., the CDC recognizes gang stalking in one line only: “Because of the possibility of multiple perpetrators, combined row percentages might exceed 100%.”28 In 2009, the U.S. Justice Department published its stalking survey report on 3,424,110 stalking victims, including hundreds of thousands of multi- and gang-stalking victims.”

Tuesday, Mexican prosecutors released a surveillance video, not public, yet. The video shows three gang stalker suspects calmly leaving the apartment building where the five people were found bound, tortured and shot to death, including the photojournalist who had taken refuge in the capital after gang-stalked in Veracruz. The video, stamped just after 3 p.m. Friday July 31, shows one man with a roller suitcase walking away and another getting into a red Ford Mustang and driving away. A third suspect is seen crossing the street five minutes later. “All three walk normally, and the driver of Mustang is seen taking his time pulling out.” (Reuters)

The stalking killers would have had only a 30 to 50 minutes to torture and shoot five victims, ransack the apartment and pack a suitcase with stolen goods, according to witnesses.

It is way past time for justice workers and professionals in the caring field (psychologists, doctors, social workers…) of to recognize gang stalking of targeted individuals. Too many do not survive. How many TI deaths will it take?
