A police officer has been shot and taken to hospital after an incident in Hackney London.

The Independent reports….

A police officer has been shot during an operation in north London.

The male officer suffered a gunshot wound during an “authorised firearms operation” by officers at around 12.45pm on Thursday on Scriven Street, in Haggerston, according to the Metropolitan Police.

Police have detained a man in connection with the shooting.

Locals described “lots of police officers” and “loads of armed police” swarming the Hackney community shortly after the incident.

Lets see if they try and add some “agenda” to this one, for example, some terror plot angle, or possibly “the lone wolf” scenario the intelligence services love to talk about all the time.

What I think we can take from this incident is that gun bans do not stop criminals from getting guns, it just disarms ordinary people, and ordinary people become victims very easily indeed.

Right now my American brothers and sisters stand on the precipise of a tyrannical government coming for their firearms, and ironically, this was the very situation the founding fathers foreseen which led to they arm the populace in the first place!

Dont ever give up the guns, its the last defence against a tyranny like none of us dare imagine.
