Ammon Bundy Reports on the Release of Pete Santilli (Video)
Editor’s Note: We were very happy to hear about the dismissal of all charges against Pete Santillli and look forward to his return at BIN.
(N.Morgan) On Tuesday a federal judge dismissed charges against notorious independent broadcaster Pete Santilli, who was a key defendant in the armed takeover of a national wildlife refuge in Oregon.
The dismissal was at the request of federal prosecutors in Portland who acknowledged in court papers that they no longer had enough evidence to pursue their case against Santilli.
Prosecutors cited rulings that barred them from presenting some of their evidence.
