In regards to the Birth Certificate issue which is obvious that it is a fraudulent document, the problem with people is that they do not understand is that Congress has the authority to “naturalize” “U.S. citizens” and I do not see anything that the people can do to overcome even the forged document Obama released.
Go look in the U.S. constitution for the rules of being a U.S. citizen and look up the words in a law dictionary. Look up even words you think you understand for assuming what we know is to our detriment. In fact, I have done a forensic analysis of Black’s Law Dictionary between the editions for the definitions of legal terms change in time due to a change of law or political systems. This is one of the reasons why so many people are falling prey to what’s going on for they are using words that are attached to the wrong jurisdiction. You must use the correct words just like you must use the correct Supreme Court decisions for that court operates in different political and jurisdictional planes from that of a “de jure” Constitutional Republic via “original jurisdiction” to that of a “de facto” Legislative Democracy via “exclusive jurisdiction.”
Stop wasting time on this issue as it will get you nowhere and start learning the differences of these political systems.

This is known as jus soli. When you find the “Nationality” of those in the state you are located in, take a look at their statutory law and try to find references to the Nationality that is shown in the Styles Manual. You will be surprised that there is hardly anything published about this type of Citizen. Now, go to the statutes regarding qualifications to vote. Notice that they only reference those who are U.S. citizens or residence who can vote. Now, if you do not understand, there are two distinctive types of citizens in America with one being a Citizen of one of the several States of “The United States of America” to that of a federal “U.S.” citizen which is domiciled within the District of Columbia (DC). Go read the Slaughterhouse cases and you will see that each Citizen/citizen have different Rights.
Now, if you are too lazy to do basic research like this, then how in the hell do you think you can presume what people know or not know?
