Who was Stephen Paddock, the man suspected of killing more than 50 people on the Las Vegas Strip?

Indeed you can take the bright horses to the water but this does not mean the donkeys and  the deplorable dunces will drink at the source of all wisdom.

The more I offer my wisdom and the more I provide undeniable, well documented and dated proof of my work, the less  an indoctrinated, religious or atheist public  seem to grasp the important divine information I offer.
