A day is like a computer, it needs to be told what program to run… that’s the power of affirmations, it’s essentially ‘turning on a program’…sooo we know how to bask in the sunshine… it’s the same thing, but going inward and ‘energetically’ basking… when you bask in the inner light, you get a ‘sun tan’ haha… more, like a ‘glow’… you can only know as much as you can glow.  There has been a war against humanity, going on, against your energy rising… so anytime rise up, you are basking in your soul shine, it sets the tone for a marvelous day…  something our leaders don’t seem to want for us… but we know our inner power is more effective than outer force… humanity is learning that force is not the way to peace… and neither is waking up and living a day that you haven’t programmed for heaven.  -Indian in the machine

As you enter your holiday season, start each day with a little affirmation of truth. Upon awakening, breathe deeply. As you do so, say to yourself:

You can attune to peace and allow your days to flow smoothly, productively, and with grace, or you can get caught up in the holiday frenzy. Bring the light of peace into your hearts. Stop frequently throughout your day and breathe it in.
