Fire Season in CA is now 365. There are a lot of theories: a tire rim, cigarette, DEW, previously unknown volcano erupting, etc. Add the following: About 10 years ago American soldiers got into the safehouse used by al Qaeda somewhere in the Middle East and pulled out plans of terrorists to deliberately start wildfires in the US West. I would not discount that, either. ISIS already claims that it is judgement against us. Are we able to use DEW? Ya. Are there officials who would OK it against their own citizens? Ya. I think the terrorist theory holds a lot of water.
