Other days out for him have included abusing folks with safety notice and abusing the process that the safety notice has been implemented for,
Dragging a female and leaving her phone recording in the van were afterwards he talks to a collegue about “you want to but you can’t” refering to wanting to use more force?
He is at the helm of a lot of blood and a lot of tears and why on earth they keep sending him back to police here is anyones guess?

Oh yeah, it works, puts people off, frightens peaeful folks too.
That would be the reason then.
