Watch What Las Vegas' "Finest" Does to This Innocent Man!

Ryan, a Patreon supporter sent me this video. When I see videos like these the first thing I think about is that when one man violates the rights of an innocent man and puts his hands on him with the intent to harm, or subdue for no reason, that innocent man has every right to resist the attacker up to and including using lethal force if necessary. Unfortunately when the attacker is wearing a uniform and a badge, the entire game changes. If you resist an officer with any kind of serious force, the chances of you remaining alive for any length of time is pretty slim….and if you somehow manage to resist to the point where you can successfully get away…you will be hunted down even if you’ve done nothing wrong.

It looks like he’s a first Amendment auditor kinda like our friend over at San Joaquin Valley Transparency channel. The goal of first amendment auditing is to hold public officials accountable to their oath to uphold the freedoms outlined in the constitution.

Now, up front, one thing I do not care for and think is very unwise is when any auditor engages in unnecessary verbal altercations with cops where they start cussing them out. I don’t care who does that, it’s not a good look and it’s counterproductive to the cause of liberty. What we’re doing, hopefully, is trying to win people over with logic and the ideals of fundamental freedom. Cussing a power tripping cop out, to me, is unnecessary provocation and can be very dangerous.

Of course you’re free to do anything you want…but I personally think that anytime you can be respectful it’s probably the best course. Besides…nobody likes it when people act like assholes.

And I’m not saying that Poetry commotion did this because it doesn’t look like he did…that was just a general exhortation.

it reads, “While performing a First Amendment audit at the United States Post Office at 1801 South Decatur postal employees made false charges against us that they were battered. Las Vegas Auditor and I were trespassed and Prince V was arrested.

Anytime cops shows up on the scene the danger level just cranked up to a 10….and the life and livelihood of 1^st amendment auditors is in jeopardy. Ask yourselves as you watch this officer…at any time does this guy display a genuine respect or concern for the rights of these camera men…rights he swore to protect and defend? (clip)

When you’ve got a cop issuing commands like this in a threatening tone he just forced himself into your life in an unwelcome way…this is a forced interaction…and if you step away from this interaction that you didn’t consent to you will be harmed in some way. (clip)

No question about what the auditors are doing, no charge of criminality, no explanation of why these cops are on the scene…just you’re being detained and an assault by way of a choke hold. And now the destruction of private property. (clip)

From the looks of it, my guess is that’s a Canon EOS 70 or 80D. Which, with the lens is a 500 to 800 dollar camera. So, this cop just choked and destroyed the property of a guy who had not committed a crime. (clip)

This cop is on a power trip. This is a gross violation of the rights of two Americans right here on American soil. If you guys get further information…I’ll Update the description and the pinned comment. Just a word to auditors, you always wanna get the names and badge numbers of the policy enforcers. The purpose of these audits is to bring to light what a lot of cops want to hide in the darkness.
