Taylor Swift Music Video Attacks People Who Protest Against LGBTQ Behavior, But Refrains from Condemning Islamic Nations that Execute Homosexuals

The rainbow-clad music video for Taylor Swift’s latest single, “You Need to Calm Down,” is a homage to the LGBTQ agenda and attacks those who protest against the LGBTQ behavior.

Swift hinted the song would serve as something of an anthem for the LGBTQ activism.

Filled with celebrities like daytime TV host Ellen DeGeneres, actor Ryan Reynolds, transgender actor Laverne Cox, pop star Katy Perry, and the cast of Netflix’s “Queer Eye,” the music video portrayed those who protest against the LGBTQ agenda as half-witted, hateful rednecks with placard about Adam and Eve.
The song’s lyrics include lines like: “And control your urges to scream about all the people you hate, ’cause shade never made anybody less gay.”
Obviously, Swift is addressing Christians, whom she misrepresents as ill-humored individuals who do nothing except to protest against the homosexual agenda.
Yet, she does not attack Muslim nations that waste no time protesting against the gay agenda, preferring instead to execute homosexuals. Saudi Arabia is one of these nations.
She could argue that it is not her business to mind issues of far-away nations. But Saudi Arabia is not, economically at least, away from the U.S. On the contrary, Saudi investments touch virtually everything in America.
The Saudi central bank is sitting on an incredible $584 billion of foreign currency reserves, but doesn’t disclose how much of that is parked in U.S. Treasuries.
Saudi Arabia threatened to sell off American assets if Congress passes a bill that would allow 9/11 victims to sue foreign governments. So the U.S. government cannot allow American citizens to sue Saudi Arabia for Saudi terrorism.
America is tied up to Saudi Arabia.
A CBS News report headline said, “Corporate America’s deep ties to Saudi Arabia.”
A CNN report headline said, “Saudi Arabia’s money ties to the U.S. are massive…and murky.”
A Quartz report headline said, “Silicon Valley is awash with Saudi Arabian money.”
The big difference between Christians who protest against the gay agenda and Islamic Saudis who execute homosexuals is that Saudis have billions and billions and billions of dollars. Christian demonstrators against the gay agenda do not have billions of dollars.
So is it hard to understand why Taylor Swift is not busy against Islamic Saudis who execute homosexuals, but very busy against Christians?
If Swift treated Saudis the way she has treated Christians in her music video, the Saudi reprisals would be fast.
If she does not accept Christians who do not accept homosexual depravity, she should target George Washington, the first U.S. president. He never executed homosexuals, but he discharged dishonorably from the Army a soldier who committed sodomy (homosexual acts).
Swift would have honored the depraved soldier and disparaged Washington. I would have honored Washington and his noble decision.
If Swift is so courageous about advocating homosexuality, why not attack forcefully Saudi executions of homosexual and demand a ban on Saudi investments in the U.S.?
