I call upon all of the true, patriotic, loyal Americans who support, sustain, and defend the Constitution of the United States to oppose the tyrant and Dictator Barack Hussein Obama and all of his corrupt, criminal henchmen and cronies who are destroying the USA. I also call upon all of the loyal retired and active duty general rank officers who support, sustain, and defend the Constitution of the United States to join together to prepare and plan for an authentic military coup d’état to oust this tyrant POTUS at the first moment the corrupt Department of Homeland Security (DHS) starts arresting and throwing conservative Americans into the FEMA concentration camps.

Hiya Bob,.. Out of curiosity, I ask the following.
It would seem as though you are of the opinion that the CONstitution and laws automatically apply to everyone,..If so, can you prove it??
Everyone has been told that the CONstitution and law automatically apply to everyone. Everyones opinion is that it applies, everyone feels it applies, everyone believes it applies, everyone assumes and presumes it applies. HOWEVER;
hearsay, opinions, feelings, beliefs, assumptions and presumptions aren’t proof of a damn thing.
What factual, first hand, evidence can you proffer that irrefutable proves that their CONstitution and laws apply to the private person simply because they are physically in what we commonly refer to geographically as a state.
Keeping in mind that slavery and involuntary servitude is illegal. Further, no private person is a party to their CONstitution, nor is any private person a signatory to their CONstitution, nor has any private person sworn an oath to be bound by or to obey the CONstitution and laws. Unlike those employed by the private for profit corporate fictions masquerading as legitimate government. Those employees are required to swear an oath to obey and be bound by their CONstitution and laws.
If one believes that their CONstitution and laws automatically apply to everyone. Why are the employees of the alleged government required by law to swear an oath IF as they claim, it all automatically applies to everyone??
You would think that if it truly did automatically apply, there would be absolutely no need to swear an oath to something that already applies, right??
Your proof of claim MUST be factual, irrefutable and first hand, your proof/evidence shall not be comprised of hearsay, your opinions, beliefs, feelings, assumptions, presumptions, hypotheticals, conjecture, sophistry, fraud, lies, scenarios or what if’s.
If we are not slaves, and we have not sworn an oath to be bound by their CONstitution and laws.. what are we? and don’t say citizens as that has been negated by the abrogation of an individuals protection via their courts! The government has no duty to protect the individual. I have plenty of court cites to support this!!
