Andrew Kerr for Western Journalism reports, A federal judge has ordered the unsealing of the search warrant used by the FBI to gain access to emails pertinent to Hillary Clinton’s private server.
This order stems from the efforts of Los Angeles attorney E. Randol Schoenburg, who filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit that sought the “immediate disclosure of the FBI search warrant for the emails of Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin on Anthony Weiner’s laptop.”

jdp…As long as Comey is the FBI director Hillary has no worries, because he can’t see anything criminal about her acts of deception, she must show real intent to break the law, just destroying gov’t records is not enough for him she had to show she was hiding or covering up something. Even if she lied about classified National Security, she could not be indicted, because there was no spoken intent. Just the fact that 33 thousand Emails were not just deleted but bleached from the hard drives should be enough to warrant an indictment let alone having Specia; Access program (Sap) information on an unauthorized unprotected computer.

you can write over old data with new data, and you can still read the old data which was overwritten, because it leaves a “shadow” – in fact you can low level format a HDD, load a new operating system and STILL read the shadow of the original, underneath the current data stored
to bleach a HDD one must write zero to a sector, then 1, then 0, then 1, then 0 then 1, hundreds of times to remove the very faint “shadow” left by the original data
one can entirely wipe a HDD by placing it in close proximity to a super heavy duty magnet, but that literally takes everything out
