Thousands of Cell Phones around Salem, Oregon, recevieved an alert to PREPARE FOR EMERGENCY ACTION.

However, none of those details made it into the text that went to many well beyond Marion County, labeled on various phones as a “severe threat alert” or “emergency alert.” 

Don’t worry according to KTVZ News Channel 21, authorities claim it was just a malfuction, intended to inform citizens not to drink the water due to low levels of toxic algae. 

WTF, now they are issuing alerts for bad drinking water — or maybe not.  Remember under the Globalist Luciferian Creed (GLC), they have to inform the masses what they are going to do in advance, to show how powerful they are.
