Obama has succeeded in transforming the US by introducing his radical leftist policies and declaring that they are wanted by the people. The midterm election sweeping Republicans into power was a statement that the people do not want his policies, was patently ignored.
We have now arrived at a place where our country is now essentially a dicatorship, said by some to be ‘soft tyranny’. There is no room for sanity anymore, and the public is sleepwalking through it all.
Ironically, China and Russia are far more capitalistic now than the US. In the US, there was a concerted effort to take over all media and they now only promote what are safe ‘talking points’ straight from the Whitehouse. Anyone that dissents, or promotes freedom and capitalism, is automatically labeled as ‘right wing extremists’ to be shunned and labeled as ‘domestic terrorists.’
What did Wall Street just do in the Cromnibus bill? It guaranteed that any losses from derivatives that arise within the banking system will be passed onto the taxpaying serfs of the United States citizens.
When Congress just passed its bill allowing the [bankrupt] government to keep spending with abandon, attached to the bill was a portion written by Citicorp that allows financial institutions [read that as Wall Street banks] to trade in certain derivatives that are insured by the FDIC. What it means is that taxpayers will be responsible for all losses resulting from theses derivative contracts.
In addition, the depositors of banks are again subject to bail-ins, which can take 80% or more of what you hold in the bank.
The US debt is now at $18+ trillion dollars, thanks to “I-will-cut-the-deficit-in-half-if- you-elect-me Obama.” Trillion dollar deficits were unheard of before Obama was elected. The potential loss incurred by these bank’ derivative gambling is approximately $303 trillion.
The banker-caused crash of 2008 was nothing when compared to what will happen when these risky derivative deals fall apart and crash, as they will. With losses socialized, there is no incentive for bankers to be careful in crafting their derivative deals that are created solely for the purpose of generating huge fees for them.
But, you say, the money I have in the bank is FDIC insured! The amount that is in the actual FDIC [Federal Deposit Insurance Corp] fund is $25 billion.
How much money are in deposits in the US commercial banks? About $9,300 billion.

Imagine if they get no more water, food, fresh personnel, gas, power, nor communications between their police department/staging area, to the outside swine… You see, you can stop them COLD and wait them out so never ever forget this, and tell this to everyone you know; in all cities.
Imagine if their vehicle tires are flat or the windows or engines don’t work… They can not deploy to stop the people now can they? Imagine if your community placed say 30 vehicles around the cops exits so they can not easily drive anywhere to harm anyone. Place them next to each other so they can not drive around them, and take the keys. They’ll have to take time and personnel to move each one to leave. Or do this to their gas station so they can not get anymore gas….? Or even drive them right up to all their doorways 3-4 deep so they can’t go in or out? Imagine blocking the main roads so they can not travel freely to do more harm to anyone…
STARVE THEM INTO SUBMISSION FOR THE PEOPLE! How long can they last with no power? Or food or water? Fresh personnel with no sleep? No radio communication between forces and base?
Each city needs to control their own local Police Station/Officers. No Police = FREEDOM From the corrupt GOV! Each community has the numbers and can easily defeat any city if they want to remain free. Please, pass this on to everyone you know NOW, so you know what to do BEFORE the web and power goes down! Whereas defined pursuant to Supreme Court Annotated Statute: Clearfield Trust Co. v.
United States 318 U.S. 363-371 1942: “Governments descend to the level of a mere
private corporation, and take on the characteristics of a mere private citizen . . . where
private corporate commercial paper [Federal Reserve Notes] and securities [checks] is
concerned . . . For purposes of suit, such corporations and individuals are regarded as
entities entirely separate from government.”
What the Clearfield Doctrine is saying is that when private commercial paper is used by
corporate government, then government loses its sovereignty status and becomes no
different than a mere private corporation.
As such, government then becomes bound by the rules and laws that govern private
corporations which means that if they intend to compel an individual to some specific
performance based upon its corporate statutes or corporation rules, then the government,
like any private corporation, must be the holder-in-due-course of a contract or other
commercial agreement between it and the one upon who demands for specific
performance are made.
And further, the government must be willing to enter the contract or commercial
agreement into evidence before trying to get the court to enforce its demands, called
statutes.
This case is very important because it is a 1942 case that was decided after the UNITED
STATES CORPORATIOON COMPANY filed its “CERTIFICATE OF
INCORPORATION” in the State of Florida (July 15, 1925). And it was decided AFTER
the ‘corporate government’ agreed to use the currency of the private corporation, the
FEDERAL RESERVE. The private currency, the Federal Reserve Note, is still in use
today.

[4] Corporations are not and can never be SOVEREIGN. They are not real, they
are a fiction and only exist on paper.
5] Therefore, all laws created by these government corporations are private
corporate regulations called public law, statutes, codes and ordinances to
conceal their true nature. Do the Judge and your lawyer know about this? You
bet they do!
6] Since these government bodies are not SOVEREIGN, they cannot promulgate
or enforce CRIMINAL LAWS; they can only create and enforce CIVIL LAWS,
which are duty bound to comply with the LAW of CONTRACTS. The Law of
Contracts requires signed written agreements and complete transparency! Did
you ever agree to be arrested and tried under any of their corporate statutes?
For that matter, did you ever agree to contract with them by agreeing to be sued
for violating their corporate regulations?
