Charlie here. I can’t help but think we are in Noah’s daze when I even hear Christians talk about “entrepreneurship”. Itching ears to hear another “gospel” – the one of buying and selling.
As a former small business owner I can attest it will take your life away and occupy all your moments. You may even end up consuming half the profits – in doughnuts.
As you know our country is divided. I paid so much in taxes, forced to straddle their phony profit-taking laws and learned the government is the only highway or you WALK!! So I walked……
You have to pay the Government mafia, their unions, their bureaucratic thugs if you want to stay in business. I didn’t agree to that. You take all the risk and they practically take all the profits.
BTW, it’s not “me and you” it’s “you and I”. You must never put yourself first Angle#1 as this shows GREED.

The best advice I can give Bible followers is to read it and trusted books on that subject. Work 6 days a week and rest on the Sabbath. Yes, it tells you what you must do 100% of the time.
But you say don't we rest 1 day out of 7?? No, the Sabbath don't count as a work day. It's Yahuah's day. Your days YOU WORK!
Many advice in the Bible for those inevitable ups and downs and don't worry about getting rich or losing it since Yahusha says it is all "passing away" and "cast all your cares upon Him".

i’m a small business owner, but remained a sole-trader for the very reasons you outlined – i could have grown larger, employed people etc etc etc, but i’ve seen so many examples of what you are describing i elected to remain a one-man show
maybe Trump will do something about small business,, because it is the backbone of the country and focus less on Big business who just pillage the country
