MH370: Jet Tail-Like Image In Ping Area A Decoy?

Exclusive for Before It’s News

By Deborah Dupré

A United States military avionic electronic countermeasures expert captured on Saturday a satellite image resembling the tail of a large plane in the Indian Ocean in the vicinity of recently detected pings, where Search and Rescue (SAR) team members are racing. The image was sent to Deborah Dupré at Before It’s News.

Coordinates of the object resembling the tail of a jet captured Saturday were 29° 9’44.68″S 94°50’58.25″E. It appears to have moved a litle over night, to   29° 9’44.68″S  94°50’58.24″E

The image has been captured by United States electronic counter-measures expert Billy Hayes, who sent this to Before It’s News reporter Deborah Dupré. Hayes is a Vietnam War Veteran.

Readers are encouraged to use Google earth to see the image.

A Chinese patrol ship in the image above searching for the missing Malaysia airlines jet in the Indian Ocean detected a pulse radio signal at the frequency of a black box Saturday. Officials have been unable to determine with certainty whether the pulse belongs to Flight MH370.

Chinese ship Haixun 01 recorded the “identical” pings to those of MH370 cockpit. The vessel’s coordinates were  28°15’29.30″S 95°15’34.89″EA.

The vessel heard the 37,5 Khz ping for 150 beats, a frequency is nearly impossible to duplicate by any other means under water, according to Hayes.

Regarding flying undetected, Hayes says this is ordinary in the military.

“We used to play that same game in Vietnam,” he told Dupré on Saturday. “We could put 6 planes in one area and make them look like one. The radar beam will hit them and they look like one.”

Hayes says he’s concerned about the lithium batteries that were on MH370.

“If you have any damaged to a lithium battery and you have one drop of it leak, it will explode,” he said. It changes with the pressure in an airplane, so you’d have a bomb explosion, There would be a blow out and no oxygen.”

Like radar and satellite data that had been on the internet in the first 48 hours of the crisis were deleted, the video recording and manifest list showing MH370 cargo also have disappeared, according to Hayes.

“They had 600 pounds lithium batteries on that plane,” he said, “but they now say they have no records on that.”

Malaysia has vowed to continue searching for the missing jetliner. A multinational team including 13 military and civilian planes and 11 ships scoured a remote area of the Indian Ocean Saturday, reports the Associated Press. Mainstream media has neglected for four weeks, however, to report on two major search and rescue exercises being conducted in the Indian Ocean during this missing Malaysia Airlines crisis.

The United States, a leader in the SAR exercises, has previously boasted of having capacity to locate missing objects and even read newspaper print from its satellites. It has, however, refused to provide intel on what happened to the missing plane and 239 people who boarded the Boeing 777 in Kuala Lumpur on March 8, Malaysia time. Many critics claim this is deliberate, to prevent exposure of secret capabilities, as has been alleged many times in the past.

Malaysia has requested the US to be transparent, to no avail. The US recently said Malaysia has not asked for its help.

Malaysia’s Minister of Transport Datuk Seri Hishammuddin hinted Malaysia’s difficulties regarding its hands tied by foreign intelligence protocols and/or refusal by relevant foreign intelligence services and diplomatic reluctance.

Media failed to recognize nuances in his statements. It has not directing questions at parties that have failed Malaysia as their neighbor and in their duties under various defence treaties and arrangements,” said Matthias Chang, top aide for the former Malaysian prime minister.

Senator Diane Feinstein claimed on CNN a week ago that the Malaysian government was in charge of the search effort, and it would have to ask for additional search or intelligence resources from the US government.

“You can offer but you cannot demand,” Feinstein told CNN. “And so the Malaysians would have to ask.”

“I can only speak for Malaysia, and Malaysia will not stop looking for MH370,” Hishammuddin Hussein, Malaysia’s defense minister and acting transport minister said this weekend.

The Malaysian government has said the plane’s course was deliberately altered, but it remains unclear by whom. It has declared the crisis a crime.

Meanwhile, Sunday, an Australian ship carrying sophisticated deep-sea sound equipment picked up a third signal in a different part of the massive search area.

“This is an important and encouraging lead, but one which I urge you to treat carefully,” retired Australian Air Chief Marshall Angus Houston, who is coordinating the search, told reporters in Perth“We are dealing with very deep water, we are dealing with an environment where sometimes you can get false indications,” Houston said. “There are lots of noises in the ocean, and sometimes the acoustic equipment can rebound, echo if you like.”

Dragging the pinger locator on the Australian ship must be done very slowly, given depth of the ocean in the search area – upwards of five miles down.

Airline technology consultant Michael Planey says with no other clues found, searchers would have to have “astronomical luck” to be led to the black boxes with just this kind of signal.

“I hate to say at this point that anything is a significant announcement,” Mr. Planey told CBC NewsSaturday. “We’ve been down so many blind paths and wrong alleys and everything in the search and what’s been reported that I don’t want to be overly hopeful.”

Feinstein has lied before, there is no reason to believe her now. Most of our government, with a few brave exceptions like Bernie Sanders and formerly Dennis Kucinich, have lost all credibility. How can a society function if the people have no faith in their government representatives (can’t call them leaders any more)?
