NATURE'S LAW

It doesn’t always seem fair. Especially when you view a morning segment of CNBS and see an animated John Sculley discussing Apple earnings and a company that he virtually destroyed by himself. Yet we have an increasing barrage of cognitive dissonance bombarding us as the meltdown proceeds. Imagine looking at John Sculley discussing Apple and its prospects after FIRING Steve Jobs and sinking the company AFTER he had been brought in by Steve Jobs to run the company. The irony cannot be overemphasized as the technocrats increase their stranglehold on the system with the daily message to the sheep. Steve Jobs must be rolling over in his grave as his company becomes a grave for value investors. Thousands and thousands of top engineers and software developers going fallow now as the technocrats take control of Job’s baby once again as Sculley did in the 90s.

More importantly what happens now with the brave decision by the Turkeyites to raise rates by 425 bps? …….Nothin’………at least nothin’ unless its accompanied by a massive effort to raise rates SIGNIFICANTLY across all currencies. Look at this as another type of “beggar thy neighbor”. We had to pick a “stand and fight” currency to demonstrate the central banks are united to “fight for monetary survival”. This is not what is happening behind the scenes. We are printing massive amount of dollars to fund Turkey’s “good fight”. Turkey was chosen first because it too was undergoing a bank run as most developing countries “were”. The bank run will continue unabated as CONfidence deteriorates. No amount of Turkey rate raises will stop the flow of CONfidence in the fiat regimes. Only a very public move by the Fed printing massive QE will ultimately put intermediate brakes on this. Short term days/weeks Turkey might slow the panic…..I doubt its more than a few weeks before they have to act again with another developing country central bank prop job.

No advice on gold or miners. You have a brain and you have eyes, do your own due diligence and decide how long this game goes before the reset is employed. Right now they’re fighting Nature’s law……and that is one tough fight…….gl all
