FINAL CHARGE

Is it time for the final charge?  I don’t have a clue but one cannot ignore the action in the miners while gold languishes in a trading range and the decoupling from the general equities. These are money flow patterns by street money NOT retail. Retail traders buy as exuberance peaks in intermediate and longer term trading cycles and there is certainly no exuberance in the gold and silver miners. Could we stay in this “bottoming process” longer than we care to think possible? …sure….but if you aren’t a long term holder/believer in the fundamental gold and silver story then as a trader one cannot ignore the great volatility and percentage moves in some of these miners. Some are already more than doubles from their bottoms just a few short weeks ago. Many juniors are up 50% in four weeks. 

There’s no where to run when the CONfidence begins to breakdown and the search for safety becomes paramount to the “real money”…… and its building. Before that happens I’m more inclined to believe the money moves very quietly into these shares as they continue to ramp them up with excellent trading opportunities for those too afraid to hold the miners long term. Watch for some very nice moves over resistance and rips right back down AND THRU support to shake your CONfidence. It will be fun if you find as I do that the “theater of the absurd” is one incredibly entertaining piece of history to witness.


Expect them to push through 1300-1325 in the next couple of weeks and then try to rip you back to hell but it won’t last so relax and enjoy the spring. Vote for your local Republipukes and Demidumbs and look in the mirror and wonder why you’ve been owned your whole life. This is the game and you’re only a rat in cage when you try to take these boyz on, but hey…..for now….they’re all going to end up just like you and I eventually…so you see….we are alike…..for now….:-)
