Banking, Money System Must Reform Significantly Immediately

Only by changing and have better law, you can have better society, there is no other choice.

People chasing money without moral or even thinking, how stupid and sadly. Here is some solutions and policies many world leaders must apply into your nation:

1. Interest Rate

– Must always in single digit, under 10% per year in all cases including credit card, loan, borrowing, buy/sell/trade with interest rate involve.

2. Credit, Loan, Borrowing

– The creditors must take responsibility completely if the borrower cannot repay the money.

Depend on each nation but example: if borrower cannot repay the money within 3 months like the deadline in the contract then the creditors is not allow to chase the money, the creditors must accept that they will lose the money completely.

– Maximum borrowing time is 24 months (It is up to each nation and their government, but cannot up to like 5 or 10 years). There is no real reason for essential stuff to borrow big money.

– Only company with allowance (license) is allowed to do borrow/loan business, black market is forbidden. The creditor must take responsibility if they lost money by giving money to others.

3. Money Rate

Money rate must be the same in all banks/financial company. If the rate they receive from the central bank on that day is 1.51 then all of them must use as 1.51 or a fix margin like 1% (1.52 just saying). No any entity is allow to “eat” the margin from exchanger, people.

4. Digital, Physical Money

There is 2 options here:

A. 1 product/service can be only sold to one entity.

B. Digital product is not allowed to bought with physical money.

Digital is a major course of inflation for it was allowed 1 product can sold to millions entity. If you go with option A, they will have technical to by pass that law, so I highly recommend go option A first until certain time, example 12 – 24 months then go nuclear option B, so it give people time to prepare.

5. Customer Information, Privacy

No bank/financial company is allowed to share/sell/buy customer information at any circumstance unless the police require with criminal involve here.

Above is major stuffs, you cannot change too much in too little time, but that is enough already.

Remember the golden rule is: Do not ban anything, just raise the standard, requirement.
