Psyquation Questions

I have received some emails asking how to best use the Psyquation information.

Before I get into that, let me say a few words about the registration process.

A number of you have encountered some difficulties. Usually, it’s because instructions have not been followed. I have attached a PDF that shows you what to do after you have registered with us. If you intend to register, please read the PDF carefully.

Turning now to how best to utilise the Psyquation data…….

• Ask yourself why I chose a particular instrument. I trade FX, the US stock indices, US 30-year bonds, and gold. (Currently, I am not trading the precious metal). My intention is always to find the lowest risk, highest probability for success trade. Instrument selection is an important part of my trading analysis.
• Compare with yours:

1. my strategy, zone,
2. set up and trigger,
3. trade management (initial stop and subsequent trade management) and finally
4. position sizing.

The purpose here is for you to determine if the trade reports can give you a more effective way of trading.

• The learning process will take a little time.

What’s important is not a single trade, but the pattern over a large sample size. As you know, on a trade by trade basis, the market is random. A trader’s edge comes from examining the results of a basket of trades. Statistically, it’s said that you need at least 30 trades to derive reliable information.
