Hannan Metals to raise up to $500,000 to fund exploration in Peru and Ireland

Hannan Metals Limited (CVE:HAN) (OTCMKTS:HANNF) is set to raise up to $500,000 to fund exploration at its projects in Peru and Ireland, as well as for general working capital.

The resource group owns the County Clare zinc, lead, silver project in Ireland, which comprises nine prospecting licenses for 35,444 hectares and has recently filed for claims covering 35,400 hectares within the San Martin Province in Peru in the hunt for copper and silver.

The non-brokered private placing consists of up to 5 million units at $0.10 each for gross proceeds of up to $500,000.

Each unit consists of one share and one-half of a share purchase warrant, which entitles the holder to purchase one further company shares at an exercise price of $0.15 for two years from closing.
