Nano One teams up with automotive manufacturer to test its cathode materials in electric car batteries

Nano One Materials Corp (CVE:NNO) (OTCMKTS:NNOMF) is partnering up with a global automotive company to evaluate its cathode materials in electric car batteries.

The Vancouver company received a C$550,000 purchase order from an unnamed automotive equipment company.

The collaboration will examine materials made using Nano One’s signature processes under automotive testing conditions.

Their knowledge in the field and application of innovative battery materials is complementary to our processing technology and scale up expertise.”

Nano One has developed lithium ion battery cathode materials used in electric vehicles, energy storage and consumer electronics. The cathode is the negatively charged electrode through which electrons enter the battery.
