It is amazing to think that there are 3 exercises that work every muscle in your body. Sometimes a workout can get a bit confusing with all these exercises targeting different groups of muscles.       Hello Angle #3,

      Charlie here. I do not see any exercise for the triceps. One body part that is neglected in all those “exercises that work all body muscools” tips.

      The exercises you mentioned do not IMO exercise all muscools in the body. My understanding is you need to do 8 different exercises and not just three. And these 8 you don’t need special equipment or ropes (which means huge 2-story gym) and can be done on a mat.

      They may come close but are not the real doughnut. You are putting out videos but not researching them thoroughly Angle #3.
