“El Vidal “N”, head of a criminal group that operated in Los Cabos, is related to the forced disappearance and murder of two young women and possibly a man found dead near them, in legal terminology : the material author of the crime.

Therefore, the agent of the Public Prosecutor of the Unit for the Investigation of the Crime of Forced Disappearance of Persons, initiated the Investigation Folder, requested the arrest warrant that agents of the Ministerial Police completed on Friday, November 2 in San José del Cabo, leaving it at the disposal of the Social Representative, who at the hearing on Wednesday managed to have the Control Judge link him to the process and determine exceptional preventive detention.
