Highly Suspicious MH370 Audio Recording Played For Families

Malaysia officials in Beijing played what has been called a ”highly suspicious” MH370 audio recording Tuesday for Chinese family members of some of the 239 missing persons, who reportedly boarded the Boeing 777. It was the first time the recording was played in public.

 

Loved ones heard the audio recording in a conference room and were told they were listening to the last known words of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. 

 

Then, the Boeing and the 239 passengers reportedly on it were disappeared on March 8. For weeks, exhausted, traumatized, grieving relatives of passengers on Flight MH370 criticized the Malaysian government for withholding information. Their accusations were justified. Finally, under their pressure, one official admitted that much of the MH370 data is sealed.  He said that sealed evidence cannot be made public, admitting a coverup. The sealed evidence included, the official said, an air traffic control radio transcript,, according to his statement.

 

An airline expert of 40 years’ experience has told Dupré in a comment that the transcript and the audio recording are major clues to the mystery air craft’s whereabouts, and that mainstream media has done more than just dismiss this claim. Another aviation expert has told Dupré that a demand needs to be made for the original, undoctored audio needs to be made public.

 

Not Good Night 

 

Malaysian officials released the audio recording over 50 days after the plane disappeared. In a long-awaited briefing before scores of relatives of the flight’s Chinese passengers, the officials also admitted that the last words were not spoken by the co-pilot, as they’d previously said.

 

“Malaysia three-seven-zero contact Ho Chi Minh 120.9, good night,” says a voice identified by Malaysian officials as that of a radar controller in Kuala Lumpur, the Malaysian capital.

 

“Good night Malaysian three-seven-zero,” answers a male voice, now reportedly believed to be a crewmember on the plane, not the co-pilot as officials had previously reported.

 

“This is NOT THE NORMAL RADIO CONTACT,” commented a Before It’s News user, Daveyo. “Under FAA rules all pilots are to repeat instructions to what was given by ATC or en route control. This means to say, the pilot should have responded as follows: “Malaysian three seven zero contacting Ho Chin Minh 120.9. Good night,” and then ATC should have responded, ”Malay 370, Read-back is correct. Good night.”

 

Daveyo says he’s worked for the airlines for 40 years and knows the FAA protocols. 

 

“Pilots saying [that the transcript] is not unusual, should be grounded,” he says.

 

“On all the planes I have been on and even inspected and repaired and talked to pilots numerous times in the cockpit everyone repeats all instructions as given, IT IS MANDATORY,” he wrote.

 

“Besides that, I also have the FAA radio license good for life, and worked and went home always listening to ATC and Pilot chatter for 40 years,” Daveyo states. “Pilots saying its not unusual, should be grounded. On all the planes I have been on and even inspected and repaired and talked to pilots numerous times in the cockpit everyone repeats all instructions as given. IT IS MANDATORY.”

 

In fact, he says he remembers several occasions when pilots did not do the repeat.

 

“[T]he ATC got pissed off, and requested the pilot to do the repeat,” he said.

 

“Ask yourself this question OK? Your a radar controller and you instruct AA 3470 – turn left 140 degrees and maintain FL 340. Now your pilot then says AA340 going 140 thank you. Are you certain that the pilot is following your instructions or not?” Daveyo asks. “The repeat was not precise and completed. Do you ignore or request the repeat? The pilot said AA 340 not AA 3470, and did not respond to flight level 340. Now do you understand the importance of the repeat process?”

 

When the transcript was first released, officials stated there was nothing new in it and it did not change their search and rescue mission. In other words, they reportedly dismissed it — as they have done many times during the crisis involving 239 missing persons, who we are told boarded MH370 in Kuala Lumpur.

 

Daveyo strongly opposes the ongoing dismissal of those final words.

 

“The transcript does raise a lot of concern, because its very suspicious indeed. Apparently ATC was asleep at radar control and not alert enough to the reply, and secondly did not even sound the alarm when the transponder was turned off and the ACARS was turned off.”

 

When he saw the transcript, he said he knew someone else was piloting that plane.

 

“Understand, someone who was not familiar with ATC, and took over that plane folks, because whoever was responding back to ATC violated the cardinal rule of FAA to read-back all instructions as given for the proper handshake and not make any mistakes to avoid any confusion regarding instructions.”

 

Furthermore, he asks where was Ho Chin Minh ATC and why did they never sound the alarm either?

 

“Because MH 370 was being handed over to them,” he asserts. ”Interesting to say the least nobody mentioned anything until they verified the plane never made it to Beijing.”

 

Indeed, Malaysia Airlines did not publicly report that the plane was “missing” until it was to land in Beijing, dubious at best.

 

Wednesday, CNN reported, ”At 2:03 a.m. local time on March 8, the operational dispatch center of Malaysia Airlines sent a message to the cockpit instructing the pilot to contact ground control in Vietnam, said Sayid Ruzaimi Syed Aris, an official with Malaysia’s aviation authority. Sayid said flight MH370 did not respond to the message.”

 

The crisis was not reported to the public, however, until about the time the plane was to land in Beijing, giving it six hours to fly without the public being on the lookout for any unusual jumbo activity, as security officials under heightened alert would advise, especially since the 9/11 false flag,

 

Flights to Bejing must also pass over Hong Kong ATC en route control center.

 

“The plane never made to that point,” he says. “Yet no alarm was sounded of a missing flight not reporting on schedule.”

 

These are the types of issues that have added to the pain and suffering of the 239 missing persons’ families and loved ones.

 

“The victims’ families are being lied to and being duped royally (because they do not know what I know concerning repeats and protocols and flight enroute tracking) as the airlines and ATC are desperately trying to cover their tracks for the biggest blunder of all aviation industry,” Daveyo said. 

 

Mainstream media have generally toed the official line throughout the entire crisis, asking few questions and adding little to no investigation.

 

“I have tried to mention this to CNN and guess what,” Daveyo says, “[T]hey blocked me and put me on the ban list because the information I tried to get out, they do not want the public to know about because what I said is TRUE.”

 

Demand Original Transcript

 

Another BIN reader, Mr. Wiseman, who also purports to be an aviaiton expert, said he, too analyzed the MH370 transcript and makes other points worthy of consideration, discussion and action.

 

“It is likely that communications between Malaysian ATC and the MAS370 (MH370) pilot team have been redacted (removal of sensitive information) from the last three lines of the transcript,” Wiseman says. “At 01:08:00 ATC broadcast Malaysian Three Seven Zero, end quote. There should have been a reply from MH370 to question being called with no instruction given, but none are shown. This is where the transcript may have a major omission because eleven minutes and 24 seconds went by before ATC stated Malaysian Three Seven Zero contact Ho Chi Minh 120 decimal 9 Good Night, end quote.”

 

Wiseman strongly agrees that the transcript holds critically important clues that have thus far been dismissed as having no bearing on the crisis  search and rescue mission.

 

“This single event should make people very skeptical that the transcript is an accurate depiction of what was said between ATC and MH370,” Wiseman says.

 

He says that in his early life, he was a USAF KC-135A navigator and attained over 2,000 hours of heavy jet time.

 

“One of my jobs was to keep a record of communications with ATC and to make certain the pilot team obeyed those instructions,” he said. “For ATC to call MH370 and not provide instructions and for MH370 not to question ATC for missing instructions does not make any sense here.

 

“For ATC to call an aircraft like this and for that aircraft to fail to respond for eleven minutes and 24 seconds is highly anomalous. Any flight crew would have called ATC and asked them why they were calling them without providing instructions.

 

Furthermore, Wiseman asserts that the original source of the transcript needs to be released, not a doctored version provided over two months later, as officials have done.

 

“Original source material to include radar and voice communications must be released to run forensics to determine if communications have been redacted from the transcript,” Wiseman wrote. 

 

“Finally, the last communication from ATC, which directed MH370 to contact Vietnamese ATC on 120.9 shows no abnormality and 5 seconds later at 01:19:29 MAS370 transmitted Good Night Malaysian Three Seven Zero. What is abnormal here is very difficult to determine, but go back up the transcript and the pilot team has consistently read back instructions. They did not do that here. I suspect this communication has been redacted as well.”

 

The fact that Malaysian authorities previously changed their account, the line of communications, suggests this communication is probably not accurate because Malaysian authorities were not being honest in the first place, he asserts. Alternatively, they were honest in the first place, and then under the fist of the U.S. weighted MH370 SAR “team,” they were forced to change the story.

 

“If the transcript has been redacted to make it appear that the turn to the west was a criminal act, then Malaysian airlines would likely not be held liable for mechanical issues. As a result, it is critical that the Malaysian government release all evidence related to radar and voice communications so that proper forensics can be done.”

 

The BIN reader Daveyo adds, “You know if that plane is found at the Bay of Bengal, many heads are going to roll and many will wonder what they have done wrong.”

      Thank you BIN, my voice was finally heard and the truth came out. In a way I feel vindicated, yet sad because many lives were lost on a account of some who were suicidal.

      Simple changes can mean a huge difference from a aircraft disappearing than one that can be traced at all times.

      First > transponder frequency should be permanent to every registered aircraft out there from day one when its sold till it is in the bone yard of which that transponder can then be assisgned to a new aircraft. These transponders should never ever be changed for the life of the aircraft. Its easy to make a permanent fix and hardly much cost to any airline company. The same applies to ACARS of which it should be mandatory that it transmits position and location every 5 minus not every hour as they have now. Even if the plane went down to 100 feet to avoid radar, its still transmitting its position and at that level it should trigger an alarm to the aviation community that the plane is in trouble. That is ridicuous.

      Secondly the black boxes should have batteries changed more often and should be strong to hold and send out a signal for minimum of 90 days. Secondly we can configure these black boxes to eject based on a specific angle not known to pilots who might attempt to suicide the plane and have them be on floatation devices so they stay above water prior to impact.

      Thirdly pilots should not have instant access to the pressurization system which puts the passengers at their mercy when they want to commit suicide. That system should be on automatic and in the rear of the plane out of reach from the passengers. Only the crew member can have access to the system via passing some security codes. Should the system fail it should automatically feed air into the cabin via the engines. If at worst case senario then the pilots can do it manually.

      Last of all, the cockpit doors have to be made to be opened by a certain flight personnel at all times that is not known to pilots but only to the one person who is randomly given an access code to open that door. These codes can be changed for each flight by AAPP ground mechanic personnel in the preparations for the next flight out. No pilot should lock those doors preventing anyone of entering for emergency.

      With these few simple changes not costing the airlines multi-millions of dollars, that plane will be safer for all concerned. Its time to strip some of the power that the pilots have today running those planes.

      As a courtesy, the passengers should be able to view the pilots and the interior cockpit at all times via a CCTV to their screens to ensure nothing is amiss is going on inside that cockpit and that this recording is also filed inside near the blackboxes of which the AAPP mechanic can change for every flight. It can be set for extra long extended version thus it can record for as long as 12-14 hours. In my opinion this should also be made mandatory.

      At least the truth is coming to light a little more each time the officials try to cover it up. I still contend there are 239 missing persons and the someone in the military needs to have the courage to be honest – even knowing what the fate of honest people is today – such as Manning, Assange and Snowden.

      My heart goes out to each victim of this crime against humanity.

      To Debbie and everyone: Many people not understand and keep asking why no debris was found??? Here is your answer.

      Assuming everyone on that plane was dead because of decompression. (Yes the pilots can cause a decompression knowing the air supply to all passengers is good for only 10 MINUTES believe it or not, whereas the pilots can have oxygen supply all the way to the ground with unlimited time.) Hence the 12 minute gap because at that time everyone was being killed due to lack of oxygen. Anyway, yes the pilot can actually land a 777-300 on the water without it breaking up fully intact.

      How??? its not hard. The plane can go as slow as possible with full flaps just above the water level, and the pilot can keep the nose up as high as possible because the rear of the plane will begin to dip downward. (Stall effect) One has to know some aerodynamics OK. As soon as the tail hits the water the pilot can skim it along the wave surface as the pilot then will hit the reversers to cause a instant slow down of the plane and the pilot can then land the plane on the water, cut off the reversers, pull back the flaps and skim along till it rests on the water. Gradually it will begin to sink, and will sink slowly as long as no window or door is opened. It actually can stay floating for while.

      As long as the bulkheads are not cracked or breached a plane can stay afloat for a period of time. Its similar to lke a boat but specifically made to be air tight for high altitudes. In most cases the bulkheads will crack or split open due to excessive force being put on the airframe of the plane. In a case like this the water will seep in thru the engines and enter the aircraft. Gradually water will begin to enter the cargo area first filling up causing the plane to sink further into the water. Eventually it will seep thru the floors and fill up the cabin. By this time no doubt the individual who caused this, committed suicide probably taking cyanide piills to do the job. Huh??? cyanide???? Sure why not???? Its not an illegal drug by the way.

      Most people forget pressurization OK. The engines is what provides the air pressure inside the plane. Without it anything higher than 14,000 feet you will have a very hard time breathing and as it gets higher going higher than Mt. Everest in most cases you will pass out and die.

      If the pilot is this good, yes no debris at all. I suspect the captain was practicing this method on his flight simulator at home and then after getting it down pat, he erased everything on the hard drive pertaining to this per-adventure and keeping such a secret.

      The odds of being able to make it successful is very low. Less than 10% is my guess. Most pilots are trained to deal with emergencies OK, using the state of the art equipment which is located at certain places in USA and in Europe. They have to go thru this twice a year to keep their license. I do not know if they are trained to land a plane flat on the water or ocean without it breaking up, yet in some cases some pilots perform feats beyond their ability.

      The suggestions I have given to make it better without expending a huge cost, can only be achieved if the public go on strike to the airlines and DEMAND THAT THOSE CHANGES TAKE PLACE. Without passengers flying the airlines, airlines will lose money and go broke.

      Basically the passengers do have the upper hand over airlines. Airlines depend on them for their revenue and us for our jobs. However I do believe its time to institute my suggestions and put it into force but I cannot do this alone. It takes people all around the world to DEMAND THAT THOSE CHANGES ARE DONE AND PUT INTO PLACE and without it, people can say to them I refuse to fly. Simple as that.

      The Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces (GRU) is reporting today that the "highly suspicious" cargo retrieved by the US from Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 that had been "disappeared" to one of the United States most secretive bases in the Indian Ocean, Diego Garcia, was flown this past week to the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico where it was then destroyed in a "massive fireball." Flight 370, it is important to note, was already under GRU "surveillance" after it received a "highly suspicious" cargo load that had been traced to the Indian Ocean nation Republic of Seychelles, and where it had previously been aboard the US-flagged container ship MV Maersk Alabama. What first aroused GRU suspicions regarding the MV Maersk Alabama was that within 24-hours of its off-loading this "highly suspicious" cargo load bound for Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, the two highly-trained [former] US Navy SEALs assigned to protect it, Mark Daniel Kennedy, 43, and Jeffrey Keith Reynolds, 44, were found dead under "suspicious circumstances." :!: :!:

      As an old military airwing commo guy…..I knew right away that the communications that the Malaysians released, was not anything from the cockpit or captain’s cabin. But….I am sure they had their reasons for not releasing any communications to the public. Such a sad and tragic events. :neutral:

      I am wiseman. Thank you for publishing my transcript evaluation asserting Malaysian government redaction occurred. I actually first published that comment on CNN. MH370 is a subject of extreme importance because of the deceptive and deliberate lack of information coming out of the Malaysian government and the possibility of a similar disappearance happening again. To be clear, you wrote the header, demand transcript. That was not my actual demand. My demand is for all the raw data to be released. Otherwise, we will never be able to determine what happened. Meaning no snippets, the original and complete cockpit voice recording to include raw radar data must be released to the public. So far, the Malaysian government has only released snippets of the cockpit recording. This is totally unacceptable. The Malaysian government refuses to release to the public the complete data they have so that independent forensics can be done and investigators can come to their own conclusions.

      Given that, why has the UN not launched an investigation into the loss of MH370 (1)?

      Ironically, “…no nation has stepped forward to initiate and lead an official probe…no national jurisdiction can be made because no debris was found…” (1)

      The international Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) requires a formal investigation to be done and Malaysia is a signatory of these internationally binding set of laws (1).

      The deceptive Malaysian PM Najib Razak stated that Air Defense made the decision not to use fighter aircraft to intercept MH370 because the radar track appeared to be a normal flight despite the fact a non transponding airliner had just broke communications with ATC and those actions were clearly not normal. (2) After communications were lost with MH370, fighter jets should have been launched to assess what happened. If they did that, the world would have had closure instead turning this horrible tragedy into the most expensive search in the history of aviation and after all the money spent so far, no physical evidence has been found.

      It is time for the UN to step in to start an ICAO investigation. When I was a USAF navigator I read about aircraft disappearing and an investigation was started right away before wreckage was found. This was done because of the important need to take sworn testimony to build the context of the crash.

      Why won’t the Malaysian government release all documentation in their possession so that an internationally required investigation can be done?

      The behavior of the Malaysian government is very suspicious. I believe more went on about this flight than the Malaysian government is willing to tell the world. The actual cockpit voice recordings to include radar data has been sealed, while it concurrently does not want to start an official ICAO aircraft investigation. This should make you very concerned.

      This is what is not happening:
      “An (sic) formal international probe under UN-sanctioned rules would possess certain powers to include the legal rights to take testimony from all witnesses and other parties, the right to have exclusive control over the release of information and the ability to centralise (sic) a vast amount of fragmentary evidence.” (1)

      Apparently, the world does not care enough about the fate of the passengers of MH370 because search operations are now getting scaled back.

      Why would any of the recording need to be sealed? This wasn’t a criminal investigation, but investigation into a missing airplane full of people!

Why not direct recording, and seamless edit with constant levels and background noise from another flight. I could do better on a home computer. Could it be they wanted somebody to expose as a fake or the person doing recording knew what really happened and wanted to get caught to expose it. You can’t pull this stuff off since 911 and all the technical equipment and public expertise available today.

      yes the passengers are real, and some show some other photos of same from different time periods because that is all they have left to remember them by.

      But did the 239 now missing persons really board the plane we are told they did – or another Boeing – the other one proven to be involved in this act?

      Can someone please explain the last minute gate change at the terminal in Kuala Lumpur – to the opposite end of the terminal? That flight did not usually leave from there/ Why the sudden change – or even how could there be a “last minute” change if the real plane was at the gate it was suppose to have been?

      Hm, I do not believe you are far off the mark my friend. It may be very true. Obumma the dumma makes his appearance to Malaysia, so ask yourself why??? I am sure he got ahold of the flight radar and original transcripts to keep it sealed under some DUMBS in USA.

      If the black boxes are ever found, I suggest those boxes be turned over to the Russian authorities because they have their own ATC investigators, and those in China can go there as well and watch every move as they extract the information from those boxes and play it to the people.

      While this is happening, USA, the E.U., and Malaysia will be cringing and biting on their nails screaming for those Boxes to disrupt the attention, in their efforts to get their hands on it so they can cover their asses to boot. The main reason is to protect the corporates who are involved in this fiasco.

      Remarkable ideas you have for making air travel safer, too. Sadly, air marshals and pilots have been persecuted, fired, black-listed, sent to shrinks and had their careers ruined so they live in financial ruin for making great suggestions after 9/11 and for blowing the whistle on air travel hazards to passengers.

      MANY have experienced that treatment. I know them because I’ve interviewed them and written their stories. I see this being one reason the cabal will not allow genuine safety and security of the people, while taking away our rights under the guise of “security”: They want as many loopholes as they can get to commit crimes when it suits their greedy agenda.

      Just one other reply: I am not convinced that 239 lives were lost due to someone being suicidal.

      The 2nd plane used in the hijack has not been discussed, debated, explained…
      The refusal of the military to share what they know is dubious.
      Even the last minute gate change to the opposite side of the terminal has not been explained.

      Each of the above and more certainly do not add up to one lone nutter. It better reflects a conspiracy – by definition – more than 2 people conspiring to harm or commit an illegal act.

      Let me tell you of and from my experience OK. There are many times a plane is parked at the gate, and after inspection something is causing a problem. Example, on a plane they have two fuel meters. One in the cockpit and the other under the wing. They both must be the same and if any of them are off that means there is a problem either the electronics or the fuel gauge itself. It is very critical that the exact amount of gallons are on that plane for that particular route. Another can be the brake pads on a particular plane may be too low for any further flying. I have been on planes and hear once in awhile the brake pads is all worn out and going metal to metal and the groaning you will hear and feel as well.

      I can tell when a jet engine is not running right without gauges to indicate it such. Why, because I studied it out very well, and listened to bad engines vs good engines and it basically stays locked into your memory and you gain that experience over time. Its not easy to do.

      However I was gifted for some reason or another and can tell when a bearing is getting bad, yet those bearings are made of titanium OK. Most of the jet engines from the past are made out of titanium because they do not wear out. Today they are making it just 50% of titanium and the rest composite material to reduce weight and also making the fans to the high and low compressors more efficient to reduce fuel usage.

      Without getting so techinical here lest I lose your understanding and to the general public when reading this, on occassion when faults are found, or if a plane is due for overhaul passengers can be routed to another aircraft for their departure. I have found doors not operational, yet they let it fly, I have found that the emergency chutes will not activate due to some glitch here and there, etc, and even found electronics not functional for passengers on various flights.

      I was on a DC-10 one flight from L.A. to Minneapolis, and you would not believe the audacity of one passenger who refused to get off her seat even after offering her VIP first class treatment, so I can put out the smoke that was happening right under her seat. Yes, there are electronics right under the passenger seats that most people not know about. Anyway I had to haul her off the seat, by physical force and she bitched to me endless saying she not want to give up her seat because she paid for it. Anyway I put out the smoke and had to go to the rear of the plane and disconnect some circuit breakers there and went to the cockpit and advised the captain to at least land the plane to make sure no fire will take place.

      This captain believe it or not, his hair was standing up straight from his head and guess what he said to me. It will cost the company too much money and delay the flight routines, and if you already neutralized the problem, I will go to minneapolis OK. My suggestion was over ruled by the captain. He however let me talk ahead to Minneapolis main AAPP control engineers and we set up to meet after my arrival.

      Anyway after landing at Minneapolis, many mechanics came inside the plane, and I held a meeting with them, and we ripped out some of the panels and found many wires melted showing bare wires. Company was informed and insisted to do minimum repair and send that plane on to Washington D.C. Believe it or not. My flight to Chicago stayed at the gate and waited for me of which I arrived approximately 40 mins later.

      Yes they did wait for me and of course the captain and PNF (pilot not flying) had a nice chit chat albeit brief etc., and sat with them to Chicago.

      So a change of planes can be done for many reasons at the gate.

      On this particular flight however Debbie, it is now understood that the plane was carrying and had very dangerous cargo and it appalls me to think that they will allow such on a commercial flight instead of a cargo plane. Perhaps it was their way of trying to save money. I do not know.

      Granted you have a legit argument, but keep in mind doing such a search costs MONEY. The independent searchers want 60 million but we do not know for how long OK.

      Not to mention the hundreds of people and ships and planes involved in the search for the first 30 to 40 days. They have to pay for that too. Don’t think for one minute that a search plane is going to spend 500 grand on fuel or more for nothing.

      Furthermore do you think the US will allow people to search the island of Diego Garcia?? That is a top secret nuclear naval base having multi nuclear warheads, with the B-52, B-2 stealths, and F-117 jets there, including deep space radio probes, plus 7 barges sitting in their bay holding nuclear missile warheads. plus having the capability to change Satellites orbits etc.

      The place is heavily defended against any kind of attack. They have a harbor deep enough to even service Nuclear powered aircraft carriers. I can go on to tell you much about this place but will keep it simple.

      So, again its all about money, its probably about secrecy too, its about what they want the world to know. The fact is, for a long time nobody even ever gave it a thought of about Diego Garcia until now and of what this base really is all about overall.

      I did not even know about it until recently, and did some heavy research and behold, its definitely a base to reckon with in that region because its one way to attack nations on a constant basis due to their location. Now that they have had their cover blown, its a place to keep in mind when other countries have conflicts.

      Daveyo – You base your reasoning on lack of money. The Australian PM has already stated it will spend whatever it takes for the mystery to be solved. Another 30M has already been allocated. Why chase wild geese when, as Mr. Wiseman says, this is a crime not being properly investigated, with sworn statements? The investigation is a sham so far.

      This has been designated as a crime – and by definition, it is a crime against humanity, one that can be committed at will be whomever the parties were that planned and committed it.

      With all due respect, this is not time for apologetics to help wash MH370 under the rug. A real investigation needs to be conducted – and if the UN is the only body with power to do it, why doesn’t it step up to the plate? (Not that I’m unaware of corruption there, too.)
