Grassroots Rural and Small Community Water Systems Assistance Act: Senate passed S. 611, to amend the Safe Drinking Water Act to reauthorize technical assistance to small public water systems. 6 pages 

Water Resources Research Amendments Act: Senate passed S. 653, to amend the Water Resources Research Act of 1984 to reauthorize grants for and require applied water supply research regarding the water resources research and technology institutes established under that Act. 6 pages 

Federal Communications Commission Consolidated Reporting Act: Senate passed S. 253, to amend the Communications Act of 1934 to consolidate the reporting obligations of the Federal Communications Commission in order to improve congressional oversight and reduce reporting burdens, after agreeing to the committee amendment in the nature of a substitute. 30 pages 

Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Denver: Senate passed S. 1568, to extend the authorization to carry out the replacement of the existing medical center of the Department of Veterans Affairs in Denver, Colorado, to authorize transfers of amounts to carry out the replacement of such medical center. 6 pages 

Department of Homeland Security Interoperable Communications Act: Senate passed H.R. 615, to amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to require the Under Secretary for Management of the Department of Homeland Security to take administrative action to achieve and maintain interoperable communications capabilities among the components of the Department of Homeland Security, after agreeing to the committee amendment in the nature of a substitute. 8 pages
