We are you tired of the coverage by the Times refusing to report on abuses by government.

We are tired of the Times refusing to report acts of police abuse as police make false charges and abuse citizens.

We are tired of the Times hiding the abuses and corruption of their favored lying and corrupt politicians as they go after others who have done nothing wrong much less illegal so as to help maintain the status quo in Lake County.

We are tired of the Times getting stories and facts so hopelessly wrong that it could have only have been done purposely.

We are tired of the Times serving as a one-way platform for false accusations against innocent people while it simply refuses to report the truth or do any investigative journalism even when all the official documents are provided to it and set out before it.

We are tired of the Times hiding police perjury and the swearing out of false Probable Cause Affidavits by law enforcement even when a police investigation finds Highland detective Ralph Potesta only made a “form error” when lying about being on duty, lying about being dispatched to an incident scene, lied about interviewing witnesses and then lied on an arrest warrant to hide the fact that an 18 year-old son of a police officer attacked a 15 year-old minor so that the 15 year-old could be charged but not the 18 year-old attacker.

We are tired of politicians buying influence at The Times and then having The Times provide fluff reporting.

We citizens know that the kind of abuse, corruption, misfeasance, malfeasance, nonfeasance and lies we see by corrupt and abusive police, Lake County prosecutors, politicians and other officials has continued unabated for the last 30 years and could have never been possible without a media covering for these same people.

We are tired of the Times serving as an uncritical pulpit for Indiana U.S. senators who have supported the police state, federal tyranny, the initiation of wars under false pretenses, illegal spying by government and unaccountability by Wall Street as they vote to put Americans on the line for trillions of dollars in banker bailouts, funding for useless and tyrannical Homeland Security and PATRIOT ACT provisions and the funding of a rabidly interventionist foreign policy?

We are tired of reporting that has little value in keeping the government in check or holding it accountable.

We are tired of a Times reporting that refuses to work to expose the systematic violation of civil liberties.

We are tired of a newspaper that refuses to expose nor that works to embarrass those executing government policies that are illegal or abusive of the civil liberties of Indiana citizens.

We are tired of a paper that refuses to print articles by people the likes of Noam Chomsky, John Pilger, Jeremy Scahill, Ron Paul, or Judge Andrew Napolitano.

We are tired of a paper that blindly and uncritically supports a U.S. Middle East foreign policy that has allowed al Qaeda to grow from a group of 100 on-the-run disorganized terrorists to an organized fighting force equivalent to the strength of a U.S. brigade.

We are tired of the paper hiding major world event such as Turkey being involved in the false flag Syrian chemical attack that was proven to have been undertaken by Ankra and anti-Syrian jihadists for the expressed purpose of dragging the U.S. into the Syrian war.

We are tired of a newspaper that treats every piece of U.S. government war propaganda as solemn truth.

We are tired of a newspaper that refuses to expose corporate abuses or serve as a rallying point for Americans

We are tired of the Times not covering investigative journalists who expose U.S. torture, war crimes and crimes against humanity.

We are tired of the Times serving as a megaphone for government propaganda and then refusing to report on lies that are serving as a false casus belli.  There was no coverage about the false Iraqi and Iranian nuclear documents, false laptop computer data or false Iraq War intelligence.

We are tired of the fact that The Times refuses to cover war crimes committed by the U.S. that has turned the U.S. into a pariah state despised and feared by the world.

We are tired of a media that hides the Saudi connection to 9/11 and fails to report on Saudi funding for global terror networks such as al Qaeda, al Nusra and ISIS.

The thinking citizens of Lake County now want the full story.  We are tired of being lied to and manipulated by a corrupt and controlled media and we will no longer stand for it.

The Times once ran an internet message board but was called out so many times for refusing to write stories that exposed corruption and the stories poster by citizens were so much more in-depth, better written and newsworthy that the Times ended up closing the website.

Munster investigative journalist Ron Johnson opened up the Northwest Indiana News Bureau, an internet news site but, as he exposes major corruption in Munster with names, dates and places, the Times refuses to sell his site any advertising space.  This abhorance by the press to expose government abuses has led to readership steeply falling off in major national newspapers that had actually sought government bailout money.  This has led to many people getting their news from the internet and the opening of new major news agencies such as Google billionaire Pierre Omidyar’s ”First Look Media” and journalist Glenn Greenwald, who reported the Edward Snowden NSA stories, opening of ”The Intercept”.  Newspapers such as the Times are now known as the “dead wood media” in the age of the internet.

For the reasons stated above I am canceling my subscription to The Times of Northwest Indiana.  It is my hope that The Times goes bankrupt and all its subscribers go to the Gary Post.  Then, maybe that newspaper will finally get the message and state performing its duty as the Fourth Estate.

I am asking that my subscription be cancelled and any remaining money be returned to me.
