Goods, Products, Services Must Be Divided Into 9 Tiers/Categories

At the moment, there is no any order on goods, products & services in this civilization. It is a absolutely mess. All the “assumption, emotion” laws, policies is no good. You must use factual information base on human development history, it is the most fair way to “separate water from water”.

With label and real tiers/categories, people and government can easier to manage, choice, tax & trade.

It is up to each nations, but here is my proposal:

Physical Goods Products

Tier 1 – Survival Goods

Organic natural of all kind: foods, water, cloths, trees, soil, animals.

Tier 2 – Essential Goods

Stuffs & items to help building house, household tools, cooking ware, farming.

The items of this list is all organic natural items made from plants, clay, soils like claypot, wooden chair, bed, plant based home, etc.

Tier 3 – Metal Semi-Essential Goods

Humans started digging and find metals and using it, this group cannot be called essential nor non-essential, because without the core-metals deep inside earth, there won’t be Earth, but without digging and using metals, human still ok and fine.

So the list items of this group is all kind of organic metals 100% and products, goods come out of 100% metals (no refine/modify).

Example: gold, silver, 100% organic aluminum pot, raw minerals, etc.

Tier 4 – Non-Essential: Tier 1 survival goods contain less than 5% artificial chemicals

Basicaly are the foods and water contain pesticides, artificial chemicals, etc.

Tier 5 – Non-Essential: Tier 2 essential goods contain less than 5% artificial chemicals

Example like some modified cooking ware, chair, etc.

Tier 6 – Non-Essential: Tier 3 essential goods contain less than 5% artificial chemicals

Example: phones, television, computers, etc.

Tier 7 – Non-Essential: Anything else contain more than 5% artificial chemicals

The rest like all kind of stupid GMOs plants/foods, vaccines, plastic bag, etc.

Service Untouchable

Tier 8 – Non-Essential Offline Services

Most of this group come from mouths like singer, teacher, sport players, etc.

Tier 9 – Non-Essential Online Services

It is all kind of virtual online goods & services like softwares, video games, musics, videos, etc. This group require electric to run, without electric it become 0.

It is really up to each nation government, but above is the template version you must implement to your nation for easier manange, tax and it is the best way to show the real strenght of a nation. You cannot say nations with big GDP but most produce stupid non-essential items are strong while the nations with low GDP produces essentials items are week.

You can twist and modify the percentage like below 10%, from 10% to 50%, from 50% to 90% and over 90%. But it only temporary solution, not forever solution like my table above.

But if you think for the future then go straight with only less than 5% and over 5%.

I highly recommended all nations introduce and implement tier of goods, products & services immediately. It will be the core of Global Free Fair Trade Union in very near future.
