Major Discovery In Obama’s LFBC…And It’s In The Ink!
Does C. Fukino’s Suggestion Help Prove Forgery?

Chiyome Fukino (former Director of Hawaii Public Health Department) had this to say about how “birthers” would respond to the release of Obama’s “long-form” birth certificate:
“They’re going to question the ink on which it was written or say it was fabricated,” said Fukino. “The whole thing is silly.” 1
Let’s start with the ink, shall we?
From Hawaii Public Health Regulations. Title: Vital Statistics, Registration & Records. Chapter 8, Certificates of Vital Statistics Events, Section 1:
Preparation. Certificates of vital statistics events are to be filled in by typewriter or in ink. If ink is used only permanent ink will be acceptable. All signatures are to be made with permanent ink. In all other respects, the certificates shall comply with provisions of Section 57-14, R.L.H. 1955.
On April 27, 2011, Barack Obama revealed what his representatives said was a photocopy of his original long-form Certificate of Live Birth from Hawaii (as posted on the White House blog website). The signatures on this Certificate of Live Birth are required to be made in permanent ink.
The truth is in the pixels
Download the Certificate of Live Birth document off the White House blog website2and open it in Adobe Illustrator. Now zoom in on the signature of Obama’s mother.
The pixels reveal that only a portion of the signature is in ink as required by Hawaii Public Health Regulations.

The Ann and the D in Dunham are in ink. The pixels are a variety of gradations in grays and blacks, like ink signature pixels are.

But what’s really interesting is that the rest of the signature, ‘unham Obama’, is not in ink.3 The letters are a solid greenish-black color with no gradation in color at all. This lack of gradation reveals that this part of the signature was created on a computer and is not even penmanship.

The Stanley Ann Dunham Obama signature is forged on this “document”.
What’s it called when you forge a signature on a Certificate of Live Birth from Hawaii?
FORGERY!
Well, that would be my top pick, but hey! They also violated Hawaii Public Health Regulations by not using permanent ink in their forgery! Maybe that’ll tick someone off.
So, yes, “birthers” do “question the ink” and say that Obama’s Certificate of Live Birth was “fabricated.” But it’s far from “silly.”

That “real” birth certificate was generated by the Republic of Kenya, which did not come into existence until 1963…2 years after Obama was born in 1961. Therefore, the Kenyan birth certificate is a fake.
Nice try, but 2 minutes and a couple of web pages was all it took to see it is an obvious forgery. You posted this without even doing basic research, yet accept the claims of 2 forgeries rendered by the state of hawaii wholeheartedly?

I just downloaded all birth certificates posted on the White House and opened them in both Photoshop and illustrator. None of them have layers, they are all flattened. This is more disinformation with no basis in fact.
Of course there are no layers, that would make the forgery far to obvious. The fact that there are different rates of pixelation does indeed prove forgery. Flattening the image rasterizes the vector drawing giving it the pixelation when zoomed. The difference between the “inked” and forged portions of the signature is exactly what you would expect if part was in and the rest a rastarized vector drawing.

Perhaps you don’t know what the hell you are doing? It takes a special program to actually break down the image. Just ‘opening’ it in PhotoShop proves nothing. I suggest you leave it to the experts. They at least have not been drinking the Obama/liberal kool-aid like you have.
Obama’s Agents False Spin on INS and Citizenship – Native born and Natural Born Have Different Status and Definitions
As their lies continue to be exposed, Obama’s agents are getting desperate to prove their messiah is eligible to be President. Recently they have begun spreading the lie that Native Born and Natural Born are the same thing. The INS documents below prove otherwise.

The Immigration and Naturalization Service has published policy on such issues:
Here are some quotes:
324.2 Reacquisition of citizenship lost by marriage.”
Interpretation 324.2 (a)(3) provides
“The repatriation provisions of these two most recent enactments also apply to a native- and natural-born citizen woman who expatriated herself by marriage to an alien…”

324.2(a)(7) provides:
“(7) Restoration of citizenship is prospective. Restoration to citizenship under any one of the three statutes is not regarded as having erased the period of alienage that immediately preceded it.
The words “shall be deemed to be a citizen of the United States to the same extent as though her marriage to said alien had taken place on or after September 22, 1922″ as they appeared in the 1936 and 1940 statutes, are prospective and restore the status of native-born or natural-born citizen (whichever existed prior to the loss) as of the date citizenship was reacquired.” (Emphasis added.)

And again, Interpretation 324.2(b) provides:
“The effect of naturalization under the above statutes was not to erase the previous period of alienage, but to restore the person to the status if naturalized, native, or natural-born citizen, as determined by her status prior to loss.”

Three times in this official INS Interpretation – published by the Obama Administration – native-born and natural-born are given separate consideration. And in the third example – from Interpretation 324.2(b) – the INS clearly states that each delineation, “naturalized, native, or natural-born citizen,” is a separate status.

Obama is a TOTAL fraud and should be prosecuted. He is not even the 1st black President; he is the 1st mulatto President. They still prosecute the same though.
The reason the White House document no longer has layers is that they have since then DELIBERATELY flattened it. lol…it isn’t bad enough that it was forged, they have now moved on to EVIDENCE DESTRUCTION which is already subject of a lawsuit. They just keep digging themselves in deeper and deeper.
They claimed the image was in layers. That you could download them and see for yourself It is not. I have worked professionally with Photoshop for nearly 20 years. I am not a “novice” by any stretch of the imagination.
I did downloaded the image when it was posted and it was in layers.
If they changed the pdf afterwards it denotes criminal intent.
It’s fortunate that I followed a link that took me to this site because I’ve just learned here that the web-page that I discovered back around December 24th which reveals the INS designation of both native-born and natural-born citizens has been removed from the internet, and the link I had to it on my blog almost since I discovered it was leading to “Requested Page Not Found on Site” I appreciated what I’d found but didn’t have enough cynicism to think that Obama’s minions would have the audacity to remove it, and so I didn’t download and save it. But fortunately the Wayback Machine had it archived, and now I can link to it. Thanks Florida Ballot Challenge for finding it.

As for the theory about the signature ink, it would be wise to read my analysis of the nature of the LFBC pdf and its creation, processing, and multiple layers, which is quite different from the theory presented here. You’ll find that another theory is the only one that can explain what is seen in the pdf.
