Amazing Statements from Planned Parenthood’s Leana Wen

Highly profitable and politically powerful therefore lavishly taxpayer-subsidized Planned Parenthood is mainly about abortion. It has exterminated many millions of unwanted Americans. However, new president Leana Wen informs us that PP actually saves 2.5 million lives every year. She spoke from a platformed offered by avidly sympathetic CBS This Morning:

“We deliver life-saving care to two and half million people every year.”

Too bad that boast is so improbable. Even though Planned Parenthood kills over 300,000 Americans per year, there would still be an overall gain of more than 2 million lives.

Another amazing statement:

“Healthcare shouldn’t be political.”

Maybe not, but she barked this in the highly political context of demanding that employers be forced to pay for birth control.

Still more amazing:

“I respect each person’s beliefs for themselves. My problem is if they want to impose their own beliefs on other people.”

Yet she has no problem with forcing people who regard abortion as murder to finance her dubious beliefs that abortion is healthcare and that taxpayers should pay for it.

Wen is all-purpose moonbat, who advocates not only abortion but a world in which all people have the “right” for the government to coerce others to provide them with goods and services related to healthcare — with “healthcare” meaning whatever moonbats want it to mean. She is delighted that “people of color” rise up and demand that their babies be killed and that other people be compelled to pay for it.
