California Devastation a Wrath of God or Satan's DARPA? U.N. Agenda 21 is Working +Videos: Capt. Dave Bertrand, Ret.

According to the latest “Q” drops, President Trump is fully aware of the problem California is facing, a “failed (sanctuary) state” with a $1.3 Trillion dollar deficit, millions fleeing the state over the past year and homeless people fleeing into the state, plus the rush to the border by immigrants, as the welcome mat is put-out by Governor Jerry Brown….and now the VERY STRANGE fires erupting out-of-nowhere, and the push for the Feds to pump billions of dollars into the state, Trump has responded and the media went nuts !

President Trump and his advisors blame California for the fires because of extreme rules for “saving the forests” by not cleaning up excess foliage that is dry and easily ignited.

California and their Democrat Socialist base, follow the United Nations (U.N. Agenda 21) environmental recommendations….while the underlying agenda by the New World Order / Rothschild’s Illuminati cabal, is to force populations out of the rural areas and into the proposed [compact] cities, which China has been doing for years. The purpose is to have full control of a population.

The several fires burning out-of-control in California are far more this year than anytime in the history of the United States.

An alleged arsonist of one fire has been arrested, and other fires blamed on PG&E because of an electrical fire from a high powered line.

Note: Roger Kimmel (Director of PG&E) is Vice Chairman of Rothschild Inc. (international investment banking firm) and has held that position since January 2001. Prior to joining Rothschild Inc.

Why is that significant? *Because the Deep State is worldwide and direction comes from those within the Rothschild cabal.

The Deep State is everywhere in groups or individuals working in various intelligence agencies worldwide, military generals, NASA, Deep Space programs, the Pentagon and DARPA the [Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency].

DARPA is an extremely secret (but open) provider of technology beyond the scope of anyone’s imagination. When Rumsfeld announced on LIVE television (9/11/10) that $2.3 Trillion dollars was unaccounted for at the Pentagon, you can bet, most of those funds went to DARPA for their assistance with the 9/11 False Flag.

My former friend and airline captain, John Lear, working for the same cargo airline / CIA / State Department contractor as I did during the late 80′s, asserts (today) that Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) were (involved) with the destruction of the WTC towers, because it was discovered….several vehicles (blocks away) had gutted engines turned to dust, while the outer frame of the vehicle was intact and not burned.

An all white 747 was seen circling the New York area as unmanned airliners (757 & 767 drones) hit the towers. Then of course, WTC 7, not hit by a plane, collapsed in it’s own foot print from demolitions placed in the building days before 9/11. But that’s all a different subject matter, but relative to what is being reported now, concerning the strange occurrences within the California fires.

We know that DARPA is involved with “development projects to expand the frontiers of technology and science.”

Originally called ARPA, created in 1958 by Dwight Eisenhower to advance America into the space age, follows the alleged (numerous) UFO events over D.C. in the early 50′s and the so-called “Treaty” with extraterrestrials to allow E.T. to study and abduct humans, but in return for E.T. technology and the return of abductees accordingly. As the 50′s progressed, it was said, the E.T. Treaty was NOT honored and is the reason why it was necessary to “Reverse Engineer” downed space craft (UFO’s) in-order to advance the new space program ahead of the Soviet Union.

Ufologists and whistleblowers say the technology to take-down UFO’s from other worlds was technology created by DARPA (ARPA). Hence forth Trump’s newly formed ‘U.S. Space Force.’

The advancement of the (now) ‘Secret Space Program’ is decades ahead of what the population and the world can even perceive. NASA was created to study the stars while being a front for (stupidity) of what is really (out there) and happening today, which for those that do not know, it would blow your mind. Former NASA officials and scientists have come forward, risking their lives to tell (us) the truth….a few mysteriously died.

DARPA is involved with everything you can imagine, from creating and modifying insects and GMO crops to advancements in ‘Quantized Inertia’ research to build ‘EmDrive Starship Engines’ that can take a spacecraft beyond our planetary system. Yeah right !! No, they’ve had that and better for decades and can reach another galaxy at speeds faster than light and/or by bending space and time.

Advancement in ‘Quantum Mechanics” by DARPA has proven that we (our souls) live in parallel universes, while technology allows for human transition through ‘Stargates’ and other dimensions. ‘Quantum Computer Technology’ is already here…

Technology “to take E.T. home” is the creation by DARPA in conjunction with Lockheed’s [Skunkworks] project to ‘reverse engineer’ UFO spacecraft for (our) own use. But what happens when super technology developed for warfare is used on the public? *Who is really directing that technology to be used?

Before you attack (me) the messenger without doing your own research, consider what is being videotaped and discovered in the areas of the California fires. You will find green trees next to flattened buildings, or untouched homes next to completely burned-out homes.

You will see in videos and pics of strange blue beams directed from above and down at a spot that seems to explode.

When an initial fire is reported, fire departments are on it in force to contain the fire. In the California fires, they were igniting one after another….blamed on the winds and jumping embers, a great explanation to hide an experiment or an outright act of evil. As on 9/11, there was no need to outfit 757 and 767 unmanned drone airliners to hit the buildings when other sources brought those buildings down, turning them to dust. A ruse is always needed to cover the real cause…..

*The Deep State operates behind the scenes (from wherever) to conduct false flags and a diversion, chaos and fear in-order to hide something else.

In the case of the California fires, the agenda might be two and three fold for specific reasons, or just a fluke or Wrath of God event that nobody can actually prove. However….it’s worth noting and watching as the Caravan(s) approach, the voting scandals unfold (by December 21st) when Trump’s recent ‘Executive Order’s 45 day limit’ to begin treasonous voting fraud investigation(s) by the DoJ and DHS begins and just happens to coincide with the December 21st 2017 ‘National Emergency / Executive Order.’

December 21st is a date to watch as the ‘HOUSE’ of cards begins to fall and certain [elected] Senators and Representatives are sent home and/or arrested. “Never interrupt the enemy when they are self destructing.”
