Smugness Personified Denounces America as Smug

Incredibly, Obama’s straight-faced claim of credit for the energy boom may not be the most outrageous absurdity to issue forth recently from his ever-open maw. If ever someone personified the word “smug,” it is the conspicuously self-satisfied Obama, who has been duped by the liberal media establishment into regarding himself as a superior being, everyone else being a “knucklehead” by comparison. With characteristic utter lack of self-awareness, he smugly denounces America as smug:

While speaking Tuesday at Rice University’s Baker Center … Obama said that America, particularly American elites, have had a history of “great smugness” when it comes to wealth and status.

Speaking of wealth and American elites, the Obamas — who have never so far as I know done any constructive work in their lives — have been raking in money by the tens of $millions, despite Obama’s Marxist assertion that “at a certain point you’ve made enough money.”

Obama’s hypocrisy is so garishly obvious that he is about due to denounce America for being hypocritical, in addition to being “confused, blind, shrouded with hate, anger, racism, mommy issues.”
