That’s Rich Coming from Him

“That’s rich coming from him” is a pertinent response to pretty much everything erupting from the unclosable mouth of Barack Obama. We said it when he barked, “I do think at a certain point you’ve made enough money,” especially in hindsight after he became a zillionaire without ever producing anything of actual use. We said it when he denounced America for having “mommy issues.” We said it when he called world leaders jamokes.

None of this is new. For example, Obama barked the following racial demagoguery while delivering the eulogy for Dylann Roof victim Clementa Pinckney in 2015:

“Maybe we now realize the way a racial bias can infect us even when we don’t realize it so that we’re guarding against not just racial slurs but we’re also guarding against the subtle impulse to call Johnny back for a job interview but not Jamal…”

That was rich coming from a guy who rode Affirmative Action all the way to the White House.
