During the December 2018 regular meeting of the Macon County Board of Commissioners, Emergency Management Director Warren Cabe updated the county commissioners on the county response to the recent winter storm, giving some statistics (percentages only, no actual numbers) from the Emergency Operations Center on Sunday. There was also a discussion on the emergency shelter situation and establishing some guidelines for the future and commissioners discussed homelessness in Macon County, Video of those discussions is posted below.
