Hillary Clinton Received What Amounts to a Secret Pre-Pardon From the Obama DOJ

Bombshell testimony released this week revealed that Hillary Clinton received what amounts to a secret pre-pardon to avoid the possibility that she would be charged under the Espionage Act for her gross negligence in the handling and dissemination of classified material.

According to the newly disclosed testimony of former FBI official Lisa Page, the Obama Justice Department instructed the FBI not to pursue charges against Clinton

Page said in her testimony that the FBI held “multiple conversations” with the Obama Department of Justice about charging Clinton with gross negligence, but the Bureau was told that such a charge would not be brought forward.

The attorney general at the time was Loretta Lynch. She infamously held a secret tarmac meeting with Bill Clinton just prior to the FBI recommending against charging Hillary Clinton. In media appearances following the tarmac meeting, Lynch — without disclosing her involvement in the case and seemingly already knowing the outcome of the investigation — said that she would “accept the recommendations” of the FBI.

Shortly thereafter, disgraced and fired former FBI Director James Comey would hold a press conference, just a few months prior to the 2016 election, in which he infamously stated that “no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case” against Clinton. An early Comey draft document of the speech accused Clinton of gross negligence. But according to John Solomon of The Hill, that term was changed to “extremely careless,” because gross negligence in handling classified information can be charged as a federal crime.

Lisa Page’s profile has skyrocketed since the start of the Trump presidency. She became a subject of great public interest after texts surfaced in which she appeared to describe the Russia investigation as an “insurance policy” against the potential for then-candidate Trump to upsete Hillary Clinton in the general election. Dozens of texts between Page and her colleague/extramarital lover, disgraced former top FBI official Peter Strzok, showed that the couple despised Mr. Trump and sought to undermine his legitimacy through the Russia hoax. Both Strzok and Page worked on Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation, which has yet to find any evidence of Trump-Russia collusion. Strzok and Page were dropped by Mueller following the discovery of their inappropriate communications.

The legacy media has been remarkably silent on the colossal revelation, and it appears no one in the media has bothered to pursue follow-up questions about the Page testimony, which was first disclosed by The Epoch Times.

A verified search for “Clinton espionage act” on Twitter reveals precisely one legacy media reporter, Aaron Blake of the Washington Post, who decided to highlight the remarkable testimony from Page. No one has asked why Obama and his deputy may have decided that Hillary Clinton was essentially above the law.

It seems like a no-brainer that the first person who should be answering questions about this secret advance pardon is former President Barack Obama. But for virtually the entirety of his presidency and into retirement, Obama has never had to worry about a scrutinizing press. Apparently, Hillary Clinton is above the law, and the individuals who are responsible for giving her a free pass are above answering for it.
