Is Trump Guilty Of Inciting Hatred Of Muslims And Violence Against Ilhan Omar?

The Democrats like to tout RashidaTlaib and Ilhan Omar as the first Muslim women elected to Congress.  Both were elected in 2018.  On January 3, 2019, her first day in Congress, Tlaib came out against Trump while attending a reception of the far-left, George Soros funded MoveOn group during which she gave a speech, saying “We’re gonna go in there and impeach the motherfucker.”

Omar has a history of making anti-Semitic statements that predate her election to Congress.  She said Jewish money – “It’s all about the Benjamins baby” –  has bought the pro-Israel votes of Congress and accused Jews who support Israel of having a dual loyalty.

On March 23, Omar gave a speech at a banquet of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an organization that has been accused of having ties to the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas.  During her speech she referred to the 9/11 Muslim terrorists as “Some people did something.”

Her remark led to a firestorm of social media criticism.  But Democrats were quick to come to Omar’s defense, as they did when she made her anti-Semitic remarks.  In both cases, self-hating Jew Bernie Sanders was one of the first to come out in support of Omar.

Omar’s ‘some people’ remark did not sit well with Rep. Dan Crenshaw who tweeted “First Member of Congress to ever describe terrorists who killed thousands of Americans on 9/11 as ‘some people who did something.’  Unbelievable.”

President Trump reacted to the ‘some people’ remark by tweeting “WE WILL NEVER FORGET” and accompanied it with a 43 second video that showed Omar’s comment during her speech to CAIR, intermixed with footage from the Twin Towers burning and collapsing.

Trump’s tweet infuriated the Democrats and they accused the president of inciting hatred of Muslims and violence against Ilhan Omar.

Nancy Pelosi piped in from London, demanding that Trump remove the ‘dangerous’ video from his tweet. Pelosi said: “The President’s words weigh a ton, and his hateful and inflammatory rhetoric creates real danger. President Trump must take down his disrespectful and dangerous video.”

So, is Trump guilty of inciting hatred of Muslims and violence against Omar?  Most certainly not!  Trump’s tweet was spot on and he should tell Pelosi to shove her demand up where the sun don’t shine.

In their hatred of Trump, the Democrats want to turn a blind eye to the fact that by her statements, it is Ilhan Omar who is responsible for inciting hatred of Muslims and violence against herself.
