Mueller clearly knew what he was doing with this unprofessional wording. He wanted to bring confusion. The same with the letter to Barr, first he was asked to see it, he refused, so he could send again a confusing letter to keep the fire up and going. Let’s wait and see what the investigations bring forward and to light. Mueller knew, that the whole “investigation” was a hoax and circus and it was his revenge to POTUS not being considered as FBI Director again. One does not have to be a lawyer, just use common sense and God’s given brain!
