Post #50,000… I see it and can hardly believe it. I’ve done this blog daily for 10 years and 3 months now, and it’s time to change. It takes a great deal of energy and focussed concentration to find, read, consider, copy, format, locate suitable graphics, and post every article. I’m not a kid anymore at 67, not in the best health, and am forced to finally slow down, so I want you to know in advance why there will be less posts from now on. Some days it may appear “normal”, and some days there may be none at all. I’m not ending the blog, it’ll always remain as an archive, with Google’s continued permission. I’ll continue to post sporadically, as well as keep spammers out of the Comments, but it will be different, it has to be. So there’s no goodbyes, no melodrama, just change. Steve Jobs said, “We’re here to make a dent in the universe. If not, why even be here?” I want to thank each and every one of you for “stopping by” and being part of my “dent” effort, as reflected in the Stats listed in the left sidebar. If anything here helped make even one life better it was all worth it. Stay aware and informed, stay strong, and it’ll all be alright…
