Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin Must Be Set Free

The United States Army must set Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin free, return him to his active duty status, and promote him to colonel because he is a true American patriot and war hero. He is innocent of all charges against him. More importantly, he is constitutionally correct in refusing to deploy to Afghanistan because the commander-in-chief (CINC) is neither a legitimate president of the United States (POTUS) nor a legitimate CINC.

Some high-powered retired generals including Lt. Gen. Thomas G. McInerney (USAF, Ret.), Maj. Gen. Jerry Curry (U.S. Army, Ret.), and Maj. Gen. Paul E. Vallely (U.S. Army, Ret.) have already voiced their support for Lt. Col. Lakin. Others are joining in. Now, for the sake of the Constitution of the United States and the safety and security of our country, more active duty personnel will voice their opinion if they are sincere in their conviction as Lt. Col. Lakin. As momentum accelerates and the groundswell increases exponentially, the Obama administration and U.S. Army will have an untenable problem with which to deal.

Lt. Col. Lakin has the legal right to discovery. If the U.S. Army moves forward with his court martial, the court must allow Lt. Col. Lakin the right to exercise discovery or dismiss the charges. For the court martial to move forward, the usurping POTUS must present his authentic Certificate of Live Birth, not a Certification of Live Birth. His Certification of Live Birth is a fake document and should be inadmissible as evidence of citizenship. Barack Hussein Obama is not a legitimate POTUS because he is not a natural-born citizen of the United States of America (USA). Additionally, Obama is not a Christian, but he is a Muslim instead. What is interesting to note is that since Obama will not reveal his Certificate of Live Birth and other personal records, it is no wonder he does not want illegal aliens to reveal their identities when pulled over by the Arizona police. Obama was compelled to do that because if he supports the rule of law (as he should), he would demand that illegal aliens prove their legitimacy for being in the United States when pulled over. That action would then force Obama to reveal his identity and legitimacy to be in the United States. The man is a fraud.

The proof that Obama is not a natural-born citizen is available. Obama does not possess an authentic Certificate of Live Birth from Hawaii. He only has a Certificate of Live Birth from the hospital where he was born in Mombasa, Kenya. Therefore, he is not a natural-born citizen of the USA, and the Congress and Senate of the United States should remove him from office. Our national lawmakers should take this action before Obama and his cronies initiate the next major manufactured crisis, which would escalate into a worldwide war. The time for action is now.
