Help us to stop a dangerous and unnecessary pipeline!

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is now accepting public comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the MVP Southgate project until September 16.

This dangerous and unnecessary project would disrupt over 230 streams and permanently alter forests, riverbanks and pristine farmland in addition to taking private property and damaging cultural resources.

This project is also not needed to meet the current and future demands for natural gas in North Carolina.

Please submit your comments below today and tell FERC that Southgate’s allegations of need are inaccurate and do not outweigh the destructive impacts on communities and the environment in Virginia and North Carolina that are likely to occur.
