Top 5 Texas UFO Sightings of 2015

It’s that time of year… time to look back! It was a busy year for UFOs in Texas; they visited nearly every town and were seen by the masses. Of the UFO sightings to get coverage on this site this year, here are the very best:

1. Cube HOvers Over El Paso

Popular UFO investigative group Secureteam broke an alleged sighting of a huge cube over El Paso in June 2015, which apparently was one of many:

2. Dozens of Lights Flash Over Cedar Park

A Cedar Park resident spotted and filmed a load of twinkling lights that looked an awful lot like stars, except for how they darted about in October 2015. Chinese lanterns does not seem to fit the bill, but could these be fireflies as one YouTube comment suggests? The same phenomenon was reported later in the month near Abilene.

3. Triangle Over Houston

A triangle-shaped craft can clearly be seen traveling through the evening sky in the two photos below, which were taken in Houston in August 2015. The biggest problem with these photos is the witness did not see the object with their own two eyes, but fortunately they noticed the object when looking at their photos later and submitted to MUFON. What’s also important to note is there were many “waves” of triangle sightings in Texas throughout the course of the year, and so many Texans did indeed see V-shaped lights like this with their own two eyes:

4. Sparkling Lights Migrate Over TExas

During January and February last year, all over Texas (especially Houston), a group of lights was seen hovering and blinking on and off and doing other strange things. Planes, Chinese lanterns, and flares have so far not stood up as good explanations, so we are left with multiple photos, accounts, and videos of this phenomenon:

5. Strange Lights Wander Over Conroe

A video and many witness accounts surfaced of a group of strange bright lights traveling over Conroe, seemingly intelligently, in November of 2015:
