Call Of The Storm Crow: Quickly Descending Disaster Unending

There are many colloquialisms we use when we try to make small talk on a train or bus or even when we have coffee in a neighborhood’s coffee hangout. I would say that nine times out of ten, the small talk in the coffee clutch deals with how the weather has been horrible and how flooding and drought are plaguing parts of the United States. We hear these little sayings from time to time like, “We are in the calm before the storm” or “Everyone talks about how weather is so bad, but no one is doing anything about it.”

There are also the “in the know” people that will blame it on El Nino, and the soy latte crowd will tell you it is climate change.

Of course, there are those rare types that will mention they believe it is weather modification due to chemical spraying and other geoengineering methods that are disrupting the flow of the jet stream.

We can consider all possibilities, but when the writing is on the wall, the outrageous is not so outrageous at all.

President John F. Kennedy announced at the 1961 United Nations General Assembly a proposition to implement schemes that could effectively predict and control global weather patterns.

His position was a united front: “We shall propose further cooperative efforts between all nations in weather prediction and eventually in weather control.”

The techniques he was proposing had in fact already begun, for in April of 1960, the solar powered TIROS satellite was launched into orbit from Cape Canaveral on a mission to relay back images of cloud formations. The voyage was reported as a great success and an innovation that “opens up new vistas for weather forecasting and control.”

Today, we take for granted the advancements in weather forecasting and prediction are foolproof and that we can count on the weatherman to rarely make mistakes when making his daily forecasts.

However, while the forecasts are guesses using advanced technology are usually correct, there are anomalous weather occurrences that can happen and while we can chalk it up to the idea that the weather is a fractal system there may be other factors at play. Applying Fractal Theory to weather patterns, the air and water molecules in a weather system, and trees and plants in an ecosystem interact and connect with each other in unpredictable and unplanned ways.

However, the concept of weather manipulation and control is rarely talked about. As such, there is a very limited knowledge of the extent of geoengineering projects that have been employed in our atmosphere.

We do know that simple cloud seeding and weather modification exists, but it is still unknown just how much geoengineering plays a role in strange weather patterns.

Weather systems in Southern California seemed to have been steered away leaving the area in a drought situation. However, the Los Angeles Times reported that the storms that California had yesterday were the result of a successful cloud seeding project that was successful in bringing much needed water to the region.

Clouds over Los Angeles County were seeded with silver iodide to increase the amount of rainfall during the storm, marking the first cloud seeding done by the Department of Public Works since 2002.

L.A. County estimates that seeded clouds will produce about 15% more rainfall.

This is a beneficial use of weather control, and or manipulation that has been happening for over 50 years.

However, there are other forms of weather control and manipulation that are not beneficial and while the mainstream discussions on such matters are usually placed in the circular file, there may have to be a rethinking of what may be causing severe weather.

Secretary of Defense William Cohen, who served under President Clinton spoke at the Sam Nunn Policy Forum that was hosted by the University of Georgia, “on Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy”, on April 28th 1997. He was answering questions of weapons of mass destruction, and what can be used from biological to electromagnetic weapons, that we were at the time not used to using. He knew about electromagnetic waves and how they interacted with weather geoengineering. He stated that in the wrong hands, this type of technology can be used on weather systems and turn them into weapons. He stated:

“Others are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through use of electromagnetic waves.”

This answer of course in context was aimed at terrorists and rogue nations that may have their hands on weather modification technology that utilizes electromagnetic waves in order to steer storms, and force multiply their strength.

Now here seems to be an open ended and very real race to develop new technologies that can be tested on the battlefield. The military industrial complex has compiled data about force multiplying storms for use on the battlefield with aerosolized trails of conductive metal particles and new electromagnetic emitters and arrays.

In 2013, the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory embarked upon a campaign to produce the densest artificial plasma clouds using HAARP, the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program, operated out of Gakona, Alaska.

The UN’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and the Vatican are secretly pushing geoengineering under false pretenses that have been solidly exposed already. When they were asked if an independent study on the ill effects of electromagnetic and aerosol geoenegineering could be presented at the recent climate summit, the IPCC and the Vatican declined and would not allow this data to be presented.

The damning evidence of environmental modification techniques indicated the use of electromagnetic weapons could trigger tsunamis, typhoons, earthquakes, force multiplied tornadoes, major snow storm accumulations, large hail, hurricanes, tropical storms and heavy rainfall. These facts were excluded in the project 2030 summit and climate summit held in France.

Ironically, Environmental Modification Techniques (ENMOD) were acknowledged by the UN in 1977 upon the signing in Geneva of the Convention on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques. Since then climate manipulation has been amply documented by scientists. It is acknowledged by the mainstream media including CBS and CBC.

In the broadest sense, electromagnetic weather-modification can be divided into two major categories: suppression and intensification of weather patterns. In extreme cases, it might involve the creation of completely new weather patterns control of severe storms, or even alteration of global climate for a long period of time.

On the other hand, when using weather modification techniques to economically destroy and area, or make it uninhabitable, there is a bit of plausible deniability as such techniques can be used for a short period of time and gradually affect the jet stream causing an electromagnetic butterfly effect.
According to the US Air Force document AF 2025 Final Report:

“Environmental warfare is defined as the intentional modification or manipulation of the natural ecology, such as climate and weather, earth systems such as the ionosphere, magnetosphere, tectonic plate system, and/or the triggering of seismic events to cause intentional physical, economic, and psycho-social, and physical destruction to an intended target geophysical or population location, as part of strategic or tactical war.”

The US military has developed advanced capabilities that enable it selectively to alter weather patterns. Using portable electromagnetic emitters similar to HAARP the military is capable of fore multiplying a storm and using it as a weapon.

On January 15th, 2016 Ground Zero reported that the US Navy took over the land in the Olympic National Forest, along with airspace over it and the Olympic National Park as well as the Olympic Coast National Marine Sanctuary, for electromagnetic warfare testing and training.

The Navy was said to be rotating three mobile electromagnetic radiation emitters among 14 sites in the Olympic National Forest, and were going to build one large fixed emitter at Pacific Beach.

The Navy has skirted doing a comprehensive Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for this “project” by claiming there will be “NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT”.

However by some uncanny coincidence, a rare weather event took place in the area.

On Sunday January 13th, The Seattle Times reported that a freak spring storm, rushed through Washington State , bringing wind gusts as high as 80 mph on the coast, The storm then began to show a classic spiral pattern and extreme low pressures that are associated with hurricanes. These storm patterns are often seen in Florida, not Washington.

The central pressure started to dip lower than expected, 978 mb according to the National Weather Service. Pictures were then posted online showing the eye of the storm was just offshore from Olympic National Park.

The Weather Service reported that he edges of the spiral extended Sunday afternoon from Arlington to just north of Hoquiam, taking in large areas of Puget Sound and the Pacific Coast.

Gusts reached 82 mph at Destruction Island on the north Pacific Coast, 74 mph at Moclips beach just north of Grays Harbor, and 62 mph at Discovery Park in Seattle. Winds were shifting direction around the epicenter, which passed Forks at around 3:30 p.m. On the Olympic Peninsula, wind directions pivoted during the day from northeast, to northwest, to west.

The weather service called Sunday’s episode an “extratropical storm,” meaning outside the tropics but with similar characteristics. Gusts that hovered near 74 mph or above are the benchmark that defines hurricane-force winds.

The center of the action sped north at about 40 mph through Washington state, compared to 10 mph or 15 mph for a tropical hurricane.

The storm coincidentally charged up from California from the storm that was created by weather modification.

It appears that as the storm gained power up the coast. There were strong winds reported on the Oregon coast days prior to the force multiplied storm that hit the Washington coast. The winds took out power and killed a Portland man after a tree fell on his car.

Are we seeing the side effects of a technology out of control? Or over active imaginations spinning yarns of unfounded coincidences?

Now we have no solid proof that this force multiplied storm was caused by what can be called “electromagnetic battle management” however what started as a simple storm gathered power as it charged up the coast – something that is considered rare.

The last storm that was similar, albeit more powerful was the Columbus Day Storm of 1962.

Considered the most powerful to hit the Pacific Northwest, with winds that equaled at Category 3 hurricane, the Columbus Day Storm cut a swath of destruction from Northern California into Canada. Nearly 50 people died, and at least one million lost power. Farms, houses and trees were simply bowled over by the storm.

Geoengineering and electromagnetic weather manipulation is a largely unregulated practice and even though conspiracy stories about man-made freak weather events are compelling , the plausible deniability can be used to ridicule and criticize anyone who speculates about the effects that have been documented in government proposals.

Just keep telling yourself it is all about climate change and El Niño and when you see the storm crows descending, you will know the disasters will be unending.
