Re-incarnation teaches that a soul come back again and again and again, etc. until the soul WORKS out all their bad karma and then progresses to nirvana, a divine level. The whole absolute teaching of re-incarnation is against Christ. Re-incarnation denies the work, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ as sufficient to save lost souls. 2 Corinthians 6-8 “6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: 7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:) 8 We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.”

The Apostle Paul taught that when born again people leave the body, they are present with the Lord; not placed in another body to work out more bad karma.

Luke 16:19-31 “19 There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day: 20 And there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, which was laid at his gate, full of sores, 21 And desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table: moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. 22 And it came to pass, that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels into Abraham’s bosom: the rich man also died, and was buried; 23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom. 24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame. 25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented. 26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence. 27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house: 28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. 29 Abraham saith unto him, They have Moses and the prophets; let them hear them. 30 And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. 31 And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

These are the very words of Jesus; Notice the unbelieving rich man after death opened his eyes in hell; not another body to work out more bad karma. Notice that Lazarus (His name means “He who God helps.” was carried to Abraham’s bosom. (A place in paradise) His soul was not placed into another body to go back and work out more bad karma.

Luke 23:39-43
39 And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us. 40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? 41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. 42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. 43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.

Jesus words again; TO DAY shalt thou be with me in paradise; Not into another body to go back and work out more bad karma. He being a thief surely had bad karma to still work out. Can’t get into nirvana yet with that stuff holding you back.

Revelation 6:9-11 9 And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: 10 And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? 11 And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled.

These martyred souls were under the altar of God in heaven. They were not placed into new flesh bodies and sent back to earth to work out more bad karma. I could go on but I hope you see that re-incarnation is against the purpose of the Lord Jesus Christ coming to this earth and suffering the awful death he did.
