Heroic Assassin Strikes Back Against Cowardly Police, Tyranny, Oppression, Torture and Murder

I am not one who would advocate violent uprisings and open revolt against a criminal government that uses a two-tiered justice system designed to oppress the people and keep them under boot while excusing elitists crimes involving, perjury, fraud, torture, murder, war crimes, crimes against humanity and treason, because to advocate open violence is illegal.  But, that does not mean I cannot admire the Assassin’s resolve, bravery, patriotism, heroism, and selfless loyalty to the American people and the US Constitution.

Police and government officials call this heroic Assassin a coward.  This is merely to discredit him in the minds of those who are stupid enough to believe anything the mainstream media and government says.  A coward is someone that will take five of his armed buddies and beat to death an innocent person and then hide behind perjury, lies, badges, and government.  Cowardice is being a cop that allows his fellow officers to commit perjury and then lie and say someone attacked the police to hide the fact that a group of officer engaged in unwarranted aggravated battery and then committed perjury to hide their crimes so as to add additional false criminal charges against an innocent man.

I have been the victim of police abuse and perjury on four occasions.  When police do not have a legal leg to stand on they then make up false charges and issue false police reports.  On each occasion I was found completely innocent only because police were too stupid, lazy and incompetent to even try to lie correctly and then got caught in their lies, or there were numerous witnesses who came forward and testified with righteous indignation against lying police whose testimony conflicted with that of their fellow officers.

On one occasion a Valparaiso, Indiana police officer said that I ran from police while another said I refused to leave.  The police then said I began a profane tirade that was denied by every civilian present who all testified that the police were outright lying.  The police then said they arrested me as the result of Disorderly Conduct, but then said the disorderly conduct that occurred occurred while they were arresting me.  How is it police can arrest you for disorderly conduct that had not yet occurred for a disorderly act that they allege occurred as the result of being arrested for Disorderly Conduct for an act that had not yet occurred?  This is how completely stupid the police and Judge David A. Chidester was.  

The corrupt and useless pile of excrement named Judge David A. Chidister ran the Porter County Superior Court.  He refused to even grant me the necessary time even allowed to the prosecution to answer defendant’s discovery let alone allow me the time to even file for subsequent discovery.  When I filed a motion for him to reconsider, it was denied. He only wanted to protect police and their lies.  They them commited perjury to obtain a search warrant to search my phone and said it was all an accident and that information was accidently cut and pasted on the search warant.  The judge still granted them the evidence, as if a photo of a car crash was going to help their lies.  It was obvious they were trying to conduct an illegal search in the hopes of finding some wrongdoing.

I was found innocent of four serious charges and yet I still have an arrest record.  What was my crime?  I took a picture of a crashed car.  The police, to try to make me surrender my camera, then said they would charge me with numerous false charges unless I voluntarily surrendered my camera.  They did not lie regarding this issue.

On another occasion I was investigating a battery to obtain witnesses.  The police came and after pulling out my recording device and announcing I was recording them, they began to threaten me.  After having recorded them for 10 minutes, they then attacked me and stole my mp3 recorder from me and then gave it back after it was damaged and the recording erased.  All six cops attacked me, stuffed me into a police car and drove me miles away.  They then said I asked for a ride for which they granted even though my wife was only 50 feet away with her car.  When my wife objected to what they were doing, the big tough guys then began to threaten her.   They did not know if the recoding was salvageable and so did not try to arrest me for a false crime on that occasion.

On another occasion, I was at my son’s house who was going through a divorce.  His wife obtained a protective order because she claimed she feared him.  She admitted he never touched or threatened her in any way and so she was denied a protective order.  But, prior to the hearing in which she was denied the protective order, the court providied a temporary protective order until the hearing.  She obtained the order herself so as not to have to go through the divorce attorney so his attorney would not know about it so she could then hide it.  When he went to get some clothes, she called the police and had him arrested.

Since I was there the police then decided to arrest me Disorderly Conduct again for having done absolutely nothing but be present.  I went to all the neighbors and obtained their names and addresses to garner witnesses for my case.  Once again the police began lying and saying I was cursing and threatening even though 10 neighbors stated police were lying.  After filing a Notice of Claim against the police for false arrest, they then charged me three months later with Resisting Arrest, Interfering with Law Enforcement, and Domestic Battery even though nothing on the initial police report, police information sheet, or even the initial police report stated I did any of those things.

The prosecutor has dragged his feet and has been grated continuances for 29 months.  The police have been caught in lies as the result of their radio traffic and telephone traffic that was subpoenaed.  But, the problem is all the cops lied and engaged in perjury, a felony, just to bring false chrges against an innocent man .  American citizens have become disgusted with the courts refusing to take action against police who constantly commit blatant perjury.

I am sure this Assassin, whoever this hero is, was the victim of police perjury in which state violence was used against him for a crime police lied about.  He was one of those guys police probably pounded and then lied and said he attacked them to hide their crimes.  He was probably the type of guy who refused to plead guilty for a crime he did not commit and ended up doing time because of police perjury and brutality.

The heroic Assassin was probably the kind of guy who was brave enough to decide he would turn the table of these cowards who hide their lawlessness behind the state, a squad of their fellow officers, and the state-issued costumes that include guns and badges.  The police are willing to oppress and engage in tyranny for their paycheck.  These cowards in uniforms will betray the Constitution and commit treason against the American people for their bi-weekly paycheck.

The police deserve no sympathy, nor do judges or prosecutors who end up being whacked. 

So, screw the media for calling this guy a coward.  This Assassin is a hero who has more bravery than that contained in the entire police barracks in front of which this cop was shot.  The Assassin put his life on the line to make a statement and hopefully bring about one of two kinds of change.

One change he may bring about is that cops may realize they cannot continue in their brutality, perjury and false prosecution without the innocent striking back.  Another change he may bring about is that he will inspire others to resist tyranny and assassinate police and therefore make cops realize they cannot continue in their brutality, perjury and false prosecution without more innocent victims striking back. 

And please don’t give me that nonsense about the Assassin killing innocents.  Do police care when they frame innocents?  Do police care that they and their fellow officers engage in perjury and destroy the lives of innocent people who merely pointed out that police were over-stepping their authority?  Police kill innocents all the time because many have such big egos that they refuse to accept that they are wrong.  They then rely on lies so as to make the law be what they say it is as opposed to what the law says it is.

The FBI tortured and murdered Kenneth Trentadue after mistaking him for Richard Lee Guthrie as part of Operation PATCON.  These cowards then hid behind the destruction of evidence, perjury, obstruction of justice and a corrupt justice system.  It is they who are the cowards.  

So, Mr. Assassin, you are my hero.  I will not tell you to kill more police, but I can tell you that I respect the statement you are making against a corrupt police state and I admire your courage.  If more people were like you, we would not be living under the thumbs of corrupt bankers and elitists who kill presidents and use government to commit crimes against humanity.  If more people were like you, we would not being seeing our liberties be destroyed so that our rulers could spy on us.  We would not be beat and placed in cages due to false charges to the degree we are now if more people were like you.  We would not hear of police beating innocent people and shooting unarmed Americans 43 times. 

So, don’t worry about what people say who are too stupid to understand what you did and why it needed to be done.  Most people are cowards who will lay prostrate to the police state.  It is only those with courage who are willing to fight oppression and tyranny. The fact that so few people resisit state tyranny and oppression tells of your extraordinary courage.

You have the ability to make the world whatever you want it to be.  I am glad that someone wanted to make the world a place where, when justice continues to fail miserably because of corrupt judges and police, there are people who will engage in actions that provide just retribution.  Our elite have shown Americans that justice is merely a weapon for government oppression to be used against the masses.  It is never used anymore as a sheild to protect the innocent from government. 

Do not worry about the families of the dead police.  Their families do not worry about the innocents their lying parents and spouses wrongly prosecute and imprison.  Police officers’ families do not worry about the innocents they beat or kill, nor do they worry about the family members of those who are wrongly beat, killed or imprisoned so that dependants’ lives are shattered.

So dear Assassin, I hope this letter finds you well and that you remain strong, free and just in your retributions.  You do have supporters who understand.  I can tell you I hate police with the type of hatred only an innocent man can have that has been made a victim of police abuse, perjury and tyranny.  God will understand why you did what you did, just as he understood why our founding fathers rebelled against the British and killed their officials as they engaged in tyranny against Americans.  I thank you for creating a new reality for those the police state has made weak and cowardly.  You are an inspiration to all true patiots!

It is great to know that the police can not abuse all Americans with impunity.  Also, if you knock off a few judges and prosecutors, I  and many other Americans will understand why you did what you did and not judge you harshly.
