100 Million Dollars Spent on Mysterious Orwellian Towers Erected in New York—MTA Pleads the 5th and Ignores Citizens

According to New York Curbed, “A program to install Art Deco-style towers in front of the city’s bridges and tunnels has come under heavy scrutiny this week after it was revealed that the MTA had set aside $100 million for the project, in the midst of a subway crisis.”
The problem is the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) installed three of these Orwellian looking towers and are refusing to tell their people what they are being used for. At this time they are stating “no comment.”

Funny at 1:50 in the video reminds me of the 3 little pigs.
They look like those high frequency sonic weapons. They could be useful at points of egress like bridges and tunnels to control who enters and leaves the city.
