Obama does not Keep up with the Pulse of the People

Please read the following Mediaite article by Colby Hall and view the associated video of Obama: http://www.mediaite.com/online/president-obama-i-generally-dont-watch-what-is-said-about-me-on-cable/comment-page-5/#comment-563800.  Obama says that he generally does not watch what others say about him on cable.  He should watch cable.  He is so self-deceiving by thinking 80% of the people are behind his Marxist-socialist policies.  Obama is so detached from the voting public (We the People) that it is so sad watching him and listening to him speak in his press conferences.  The man needs to connect to the world and eat his own peas.

He says he is not thin-skinned, but he is the most thin-skinned president in history.  He says that people should stop playing politics, but he is the biggest culprit at playing politics.  Politics motivates every decision he makes.  He constantly thinks about politics.  He is always on a campaign mode.  He says no one else will budge off his or her ideological positions.  However, only ideology and demagoguery drive him, as he never gets off his Marxist-socialist kick.  He talks about compromising, yet he never compromises.  He blames others for exercising “my way or the highway,” yet that is the position he always takes.  This president needs to lead instead of dividing and conquering.  He needs to learn how to be presidential—as was Reagan.  Finally, he must get off the blaming George Bush kick.  It is too old.

The Press/Media is Irrelevant

Please read this good article on a pathetic topic: http://www.mediaite.com/online/rebekah-brooks-finally-resigns-from-news-corp-over-hacking-scandal/comment-page-2/#comment-563819.  This fiasco is proof that we need freedom “from” the press instead of freedom “of” the press.  The press has relinquished their reason for being, which is to protect the people by keeping the three branches of government honest.  Now, we need to keep the press/media honest.  Shameful!
