"Run For Cover", As President Donald Trump Battles The Underworld

This has scared the “Deep State” aligned reporter who first reported it, named Michael Isikoff. He admitted that it is “likely false.”.  A little-known ruling handed down by the United States Court of Appeals-For the District of Colombia.

How fearful is the “Deep State” after ruling handed down by the United States Court of Appeals? Well, the mainstream propaganda media establishment is laughably and distortedly NOT reporting on it. Good example, Politico news organization published an article titled “Mueller Appears Victorious In Mystery Subpoena Dispute.” Described as one of the most secretive court battles ever to have been witnessed in American history.

Their admission that ”the order also offers no direct confirmation that the matter involves Mueller’s investigation.” Once again proving this article is one of subterfuge only, not facts.

This past August-2018 a defamation lawsuit against Orbis Business Intelligence Ltd. filed by Russian citizens was dismissed. Washington D.C.’s anti-SLAPP law (which is meant to deter parties from filing lawsuits to tamp down opposing political speech).

CNN seeking protection for their defamation offenses under the State of Georgia’s anti-SLAPP law, too, but who were shocked this past week when The United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit struck down their attempt, thus sending shudders of fear throughout all of America’s mainstream propaganda media companies as these anti-SLAPP laws made to protect them are now being attacked by US Federal Courts.
