Andrew Anglin Involved in Problematic Lawsuit Situation

To cuck, or not to cuck, that is the question for Andrew Anglin.

To quote Andrew Anglin:

A judge has ordered the publisher of a neo-Nazi website to reveal his net worth and identify any phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts and technology he used when he called for his readers to unleash a “troll storm” on a Montana woman.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeremiah Lynch on Friday ordered The Daily Stormer publisher Andrew Anglin to comply with most of the requests in a lawsuit by Tanya Gersh. She accuses Anglin of invasion of privacy and inflicting emotional distress on her and her family after they received hundreds of harassing and anti-Semitic messages starting in late 2016.

Anglin had accused Gersh, a real estate agent in the Montana resort town of Whitefish, of seeking to force the mother of white nationalist Richard Spencer to leave town in 2016 by trying to persuade her to sell her commercial property.

Anglin, who denies he’s liable for his followers’ actions, objected and called Gersh’s requests irrelevant, particularly when it came to revealing his personal information. His attorney said in a legal filing that Anglin didn’t want that information to get to the Southern Poverty Law Center, a legal advocacy organization that tracks hate groups and represents Gersh.

Anglin attorney, Marc Randazza, said Friday that he believes the Southern Poverty Law Center would misuse that personal information. But “it is our intent to comply with the court’s orders,” he added.

Lynch dismissed most of Anglin’s objections as overly broad and lacking specificity. However, he said Anglin only had to provide information within the four-month period between November 2016 and March 2017, when the harassment occurred.

The judge also narrowed Gersh’s request for all of Anglin’s bank account and cryptocurrency account information to a current financial statement “allowing for preliminary evaluation of his net worth.” Montana law allows consideration of a defendant’s net worth when punitive damages are at stake, Lynch said.

Besides the personal information, the judge also ordered Anglin to reveal any names he used to post comments on his website, identify any others involved in writing and researching the stories about Gersh, and the number of users whose access to Daily Stormer forums was suspended over the four-month period.

Information such as the phone numbers, email addresses, usernames and social media accounts could shed light on whether Anglin assisted or encouraged the campaign against Gersh or sent any of the harassing messages to her and her family, Lynch said.

In late 2016, Anglin published the phone numbers, email addresses and social media profiles of Gersh, her husband and son and wrote, “Are y’all ready for an old-fashioned troll storm?” Gersh said her family received more than 700 threatening and harassing messages, many of them anti-Semitic, online and by phone and mail.

The judge declined to dismiss the case last year over Anglin’s argument that the First Amendment protects his speech.

The duplicitous Andrew Anglin from Daily Stormer is once again in the middle of potential shitstorm. He is a man who has endorsed violence, mass shootings, White Sharia, and torturing; in fact, he used to call Daily Stormer: The World’s #1 Rape Legalization Website.

Andrew Anglin, along with many others, has done everything in his power to co-opt, pervert, and sabotage our movement, especially when it came to real life protests and demonstrations. He helped set up a proverbial circular firing squad for the White Identitarian movement with American Nationalism as its core tenet, with the ultimate aim being to purge the people from the Alt-Right to whom Anglin objected for mostly aesthetic reasons. His actions pitted Internet trolls like him versus people who were trying to take the movement offline and into a real world force majeur.

Unfortunately, Anglin and his ilk focused so much negativity onto the movement and our people that the division and devolution was overwhelmingly successful, and thanks to the backlash, media attacks, arrests, and trials, we have been relegated back to the Internet for as long as they will allow us to be there before we are completely deplatformed (possibly even from our ISP’s). We are at a point in time where no one even talks about street activism anymore, and most White people fear even wearing a MAGA hat in public these days. Anglin helped to accomplish all this behind a keyboard in some foreign country, while condemning other Alt-Right people who he had previously encouraged and cultivated over the years.

To be frank, Anglin’s American Nationalism plan for insertion into the GOP in some cucky reincarnate of the John Birch Society is a disaster at best since everyone right of Jeb Bush is now a Nazi and will be purged from the party as soon as the GOP is able.

If only the Alt-Right had presented a united front instead of attempting to tear the movement apart via American Nationalism and optics, we could truly be an amazing force in politics right now. Instead, our weakness has emboldened our enemies to the point at which they are hunting us like trophy animals for display on their mantles, which is why they want Anglin so badly.

So now that Anglin, a man who has harshly and unfairly criticized many people on our side for optics, is under his own extreme scrutiny and potential liability for the sociopathic actions he encouraged, cultivated, and promoted on his website by listing the home addresses and phone numbers of Tanya Gersh and her family while encouraging his readers:

Will he have the courage of his convictions and refuse to hand over any of this information, or will he cuck and prove once again that he is just a subversive Internet troll whose only mission is satiating his narcissism and hubris?
