Wild Viral Video Shows Lone Cop Fight Two Rowdies at the Beach - Someone Made a Big Mistake (Video)

A video of a police officer taking down two drunk and unruly characters has gone viral, and for good reason.

It’s a two-against-one melee. The scenario plays out amid the chaos of the Young and the Sandy — twenty-something partiers on the beach.

The cop gives ’em a little bit of What For while keeping his cool. Somehow, he’s able to take on the pair of dudes simultaneously. If I had to guess, I’d say “somehow” = ’cause o’ alcohol.

You ready? How ’bout a good ol’ fashioned slam to the (somewhat soft) ground? How’s about a professional submission-commanding chokehold?

The officer expertly takes control. As opposed to the boys in blue here and here.

It’s a little hard to watch, and the chokehold gives me great pause. But without more information, I say let’s give the officer the benefit of the doubt: He appears to be there alone, which I believe makes it unlikely he was trying to abuse his authority.

Presumably, whatever led to the detention justified the policeman’s actions.

The video’s gone viral, but it’s dated 3-8-2015 on YouTube. Call it a late bloomer. And call him Sgt. MMA.

At a point, one of the fellas even tries to tap out.
