Internet censorship preveleant in plain sight

Most Americans believe that Americans live in a free society. Americans that have no reason to doubt what they are being told to believe. Mostly citizens who are not involved in controversial circumstances.

But people who are involved in issues of controversy are learning that internet censorship is prevelent and being executed in plain sight of the public.

That should be offensive to the public. I did a reality check and searched google for the definition of freedom. Freedom Definied

the power or right to act, speak, or think as one wants without hindrance or restraint.

What people need to understand is that someone or something is blocking the flow of information on the internet even in the United States.

All google searched alternative news websites are shill sites censored by something. Another reality check

Internet defined:

A global computer network providing information consisting of interconnected networks using standardized communication protocols.

Bare bones defintion:

The internet is computers linked together. No one should not posess the right to control information sent from one person to another but that's exactly what's happening.

It is no different than a person sending a letter to another person that is intercepted by someone read and then discarted. 

You would be appauled if your mail was intercepted, read then discarded by someone. Internet communication consorship is no different.

It is ludicrous and extremely dangerous to the public that the top one hundred internet alternative news forums censor the flow of truthful information.

I would hate to think that it is our government who is executing the censorship however there are clues that provide insight as to who the culprit is.

One clue would be when the federal government grants a gag order scorning the first amendment in an attempt to hide the truth from the public. That to me would signify something nefarious and raises a red flag. 

Truthful information being banned from being posted on public internet forums is dangerous in many ways. And if I have to tell you the ways it's dangerous then there's no reason for you to read any further. 

Communism is an economic system in which the distribution of property and resources is primarily controlled by private businesses. c. Communism is a political system in which power lies in the hands of a single figure who acts as a monarch.

I would hate to believe that it's our government who is censoring the information however I can't imagine who would else would posess the authority to execute such a revolting criminal act.

It has been alleged that in some cases the government works in unison with corporate interests. Sometimes these corporations are from foreign countries such as Sony in Japan in which it is in their interest to protect Bob Dylan from the public learning certain unfavorable facts about Bob Dylan's professional and political reputation which there are many that the general public is unaware of.

For instance James Damiano filed a copyright infringement law suit against Bob Dylan in 1995. There was a massive fraud comitted upon the court where as Judge Simandle illegally dismissed the lawsuit as per Rule 56 c of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 

It was easy for the mainstream media to cover up this story. They simply did not report it. The only resource Mr. Damiano had try to warn the public of his knowledge of how corrupt the mainstream media was was the internet.

It should have been simple. Post in a news forum the following title "Bob Dylan's Stealing of James Damiano's Songs" Much to Mr. Damiano's surprise he was banned from every alternate news website and forum. What does that tell you?

So if something disturbing should happen to you and you thought it neccessary to notify the public about it depending on the actors involved you might or might not be able to bring attention to your situation.

In Damiano's situation there were fifty hours of video tapped deposition that incriminated Dylan, Expert testimony from a Harvard educated musicologist, eleven years of substantiated documents documented between parties yet the government through a gag order not only permited but enforced the censorship of this information  in violation of the first amendment.

For all intents and purposes James Damiano identified his law-suit against Bob Dylan as “Bob Dylan’s Stealing of James Damiano’s Songs” in which, United States District Court Judge Jerome B. Simandle is complicit in assisting Bob Dylan in the Stealing of James Damiano's songs through conflicts concerning ex FBI Director James Comey and Comeys position as the United States Deputy Attorney General, Bob Dylan's lead attorney Orin Snyder Esq. of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in which James Comey was a Gibson Dunn lawyer and partner, President Clinton in which Dylan played at President Clinton's inaugural ceramony on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial, President Obama where as Bob Dylans son Jesse Dylan produced President Obamas "Yes We Can" campaign video and slogan and many other conflicts. 

These clear cut conflicts maintain Judge Simandles appearance of partiality toward Dylan that have controlled the outcome of the lawsuit. Other conflicts include  the ability of CBS News to report favorable or unfavorable stories  and behaviors of political canidates such as President Obama and President Clinton or Hillary Clinton for that matter. 

To say the least an unprecedented and colossal amount of evidence exists concerning Bob Dylan’s eleven year nefarious solicitation of James Damianos music.

Perhaps the most pronounced infraction is that it is judicially conclusive that Judge Simandle and Bob Dylan’s lead attorney Orin Snyder defiled the court by participating in a massive fraud and cover up where as Judge Simandle was partial to Bob Dylan in his determinations and decisions on every opinion, ruling and judgement made in the Damiano Dylan litigation.

Simandle chose to honor as truth the opinion of Bob Dylan's lead attorney Orin Snyder over Damianos true facts. For instance the fact that in a sworn deposition CBS Sony record executive Tony Tiller admitted to giving Mr. Damiano tickets (which included backstage passes) to a Bob Dylan concert at Jones Beach and concured with Mr. Damiano about bringing his songs with him to the concert to give to Dylan. 

This particular meeting with Dylan was set up as a diversion only after  Damiano auditioned for and worked with CBS record producer John Hammond Sr. the better part of seven and a half years. 

There were many other backstage meetings in which witness's testified in vivid detail to joining Damiano backstage and to Dylan and people in Dylan's entourage accepting songs from Damiano. Damiano's songwiting realtionship with CBS / Columbia lasted years after Damianos backstage meetings with Dylan in which Damiano completed a movie titled Eleven Years.

The most herrendous part of this situation is that every major news outlet in the United States including court reporters have chosen to ignor and censor the story. Think, if they could cover up this story what else could they cover up.

Judge Simandles nefarious accomplishment was executed within the Judicial environment and in the federal halls of justice.

Judge Simandle’s ruling on summary judgement in favor of Bob Dylan was one hundred percent inconsistent with the facts of the case which created the appearance of his partiality toward Defendant Bob Dylan. 

In a ten thousand page law-suit containing thirty five hours of video-taped depositions incriminating to Bob Dylan He (Bob Dylan)  did not have one piece of evidence in which he could use or cite to defend himself with. 

To be explicit Dylan had zero as in none or no facts to defend himself with.

In fact as the internet expanded it has become common knowledge that Dylan has been accused of plagiarism in more than two hundred separate incidents. 

Rule 56c of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, specifys "The court shall grant summary judgment only if the movant shows that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact.

Judge Simandle’s final decision granting Bob Dylan summary judgement is ill founded and criminally illegal according to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 

In James Damiano vs. Bob Dylan there were eleven years of documents sent between parties, thirty five hours of video taped depositions of witness testifying about meetings set up for Plaintiff (James Damiano) to meet with  Bob Dylan backstage at concerts, and even an expert music analysis from a Harvard educated musicologist as can be viewed below of which was never refuted by Dylan. 

If there were no issues of fact why then does Dylan utilize a “Gag Order” designating all discovery materials confidential?

Interestingly enough even after citing Rule 56 c in his decision Judge Jerome B. Simandle proceeded to rule  “This court will accept as true Plaintiff’s allegations that Sony represented to him that he would be credited and compensated for his work if Dylan used it. 

Judge Simandle also stated “Plaintiff has demonstrated a genuine issue of material fact as to whether defendants had access to his work. 

After citing the existence of Plaintiff’s material facts Judge Simandle proceeded to dismiss the suit in summary judgement by stating "To the ear of this court the songs don't sound similar, disregarding the opinion of Harvard educated Dr. Greenes analysis stating that both songs posess the "exact melodic arc."

All and every ruling of every motion in the Damiano Dylan litigation decided by the court were in favor of Defendant Bob Dylan, subjectively based only on the opinion of Bob Dylan’s counsel, Orin Snyder and held as truth over Plaintiff (James Damiano’s) true material facts. Said facts conclusively reveal the opposite of Judge Simandle’s findings, opinions and rulings.

Judge Simandle granting Bob Dylan summary Judgement inaugurates a paramount fraud upon the court in which the mainstream media refuses to report to the public.

Dylan has never filed a counter suit against Damiano either criminal or civil.
